Good basic security lock.
Installation was pretty easy even for someone like me. It does exactly what I wanted - the door is always locked and always needs a key to open from the outside. It seems sturdy enough.

Needed for exterior one way lock
Perfect for an exterior gated entry. Lock seems well built. Wish it came with two different sized latch buttons, only comes with one length so I needed to run to my locksmith. As the metal security door was depth set for other than Schlage. EZ fix though. But often these type of locks are either adjustable or two pieces. Still good quick shipper in tight wrapped box. First order came open which I believe was the delivery company issue. Vendor replaced so fast!!

Good quality
This door knob is very solid.I needed to replace the previous door knob because it broke after so much harsh use.This knob was easy to install and feels so much more stronger.

Only works with 2 3/4" backset
If your door has 2 3/8" backset, this knob won't work. While many doorknobs are adjustable, this one is not. Make sure you check first, or (like me) you may find the latch doesn't fit. Apart from that, the doorknob seemed high quality and was easy to install (once I obtained the right latch). Also note that this is a storeroom set: one side is always locked and requires the key and the other side is always unlocked and opens when you turn the knob.

High quality!
Great commercial grade lock. Only opens with key from exterior. Opens with out key from inside. Perfect for unattended buildings, you’ll always know it locked behind you.

Missing pieces
Item itself looks to be of good quality and function. The difficulty is Amazon warehouse. No keys were in the package, rendering the lock worthless. More of a caution when purchasing returned items from Amazon, great savings, but of late a real roll of the dice. I'm assuming most of the returns of this item is because of the 2-3/4 backset, not unusual for exterior doors but interior doors are mostly 2-3/8. Best to double check your backset before ordering.

Knob looks like good quality. However, there were no keys included in the box. Can’t use it.
