May need to contact support for SIM card activation

I purchased one of these recently. It seems to work pretty well on a SpeedTalk G2 network for $5/month. Now your tracking only updates every 30 seconds. When I received the unit, the included SIM card was not activated. However the support is responsive and the SIM card was activated. The RTG905 works using the SinoTrack or the SinoTrack Pro mobile apps on an android. The SIM card is in the device's slot but you have to shove it in a little more even though it already looks inserted. Hook up the charger until the red LED goes out. Even though the SIM card may not be activated the device will try to connect with GPS satellite signal (blue LED and a cell tower (yellow LED). You will need the tracker ID which is on the device. There is a label on each side. The ID is the one you will need for the User field in the SinoTrack app. The default password is 123456. Make sure you select the proper Server like"SinoTracking". Your 19 digit SIM Card number will be on a plastic card. There is also an actual phone number tied to the SIM. It should be on a sticker on the plastic card below the SIM number. The phone number starts with a 1. You may have to call support to get that. You need that SIM phone number if you want to send text message commands to the device.
