I love this product! So easy and efficient to use.

Great looking setup but the cap ontop of the incense burner doesnt allow adequate airflow and the incense go out. I put some small finishing nail around the rim so the cap just sits ontop and it works but kinda kills the look.

1st one came missing the metal cone incent holder so had to be returned. Replacement was put to use but soon the hook that holds the incense sticks became Rusty and tarnished and you couldn't put the stick in it and the glass became corroded. It was awful. Had to pitch it. So sad. I had high hopes for this because it looks so pretty, but trust me you'll regret buying it.

It’s beautiful- but you’ll need to clean it after every use if you don’t want it to look dirty. Also, as soon as you put on the lid, even if open for air flow, the incense is no longer burning. I had to take off the elastic band & it seemed to work a lot better. The incense holder is very tight and hard to stick the stick in there. Not easy to clean, but easy to use definitely. Inexpensive, which is a plus.

Incense takes time to move into right position so it does not bump up against glass tube. Normally takes a couple or three times to center incense in tube

In the middle of the night while not burning incense, and hang in a couple of days, The glass broke. I had only used it about a half dozen times before it broke. It broke by the cap so I guess the cap was to big for the cheap glass.

I liked the idea of it, but sadly it didn’t work well for me. The incense sticks never stay lit, they always go out after a few minutes of me lighting and relighting them, and this is with all different brands. The metal holder didn’t stay in tightly, it would always get loose, and would also develop a sticky resin on it. The glass also develops a sticky smelly resin on it. You’ll also have to cut the sticks to make most brands fit. I wanted to like this because I liked that it contained the ash, so it wouldn’t get messy. But sadly it’s not worth all the other issues that came along with it for me.

I have tried different incense stick burners and they all go out after a few minutes inside the long glass container.
