Granddaughter loved this little light especially because it's soft & squidgy!

Oh, this is adorable. The light that it casts is a wonderful warm yellowish tint, the Capybara looks incredibly cute sat there and the mechanism to turn it on, change brightness and turn it off (by bopping it) is wonderfully silly - but easy for anyone to operate.Once charged, the battery lasts for ages. Recharging is also very simple - USB C all the way.I have this in my guest bedroom, as a fun yet useful addition to the bedside table. The only problem I think I'll have; is everyone will want to take it home with them after staying.

I ordered this rechargeable capybara night light because I love those cuddly, water-loving rodents and wanted a night light. I was confused by the size because the sales description listed two very different sizes ( it wrongly claims twice to be a mere 3cm deep, 2cm wide and 4cm high and there's a photo that shows measurements of 9.5cm deep, 8.5cm wide and 12cm high), plus all but one of the photos, together with the price, made it look much bigger than it is, about the size of a football. It isn't. It's 12cm high, about 11cm deep and about 9cm wide. It's hard to be 100% accurate as it's not a solid piece and parts are bulbous.It's made of silicone and, to be honest, really unpleasant to handle but looks sweet when sat on a shelf or bedside cabinet. It's like handling a thick and smooth swimming cap which caves in at the slightest touch. The almost arch-shaped light itself is under this rubber-type skin and there are brown details on the cream/yellow silicone body to show the capybara's paws, ears and facial features. It is very cute when lit, as long as you don't touch it.There are two different light settings – bright and dim. Just touch or squeeze the capybara and you can change the setting or even switch it on and off. In fact, tap the table near it and the vibrations will operate the capybara, as long as it's switched on.There's meant to be a 20-minute timer, set using the middle slot in the switch under the animal, but it didn't work on mine. I set a separate timer to check and the capybara remained stubbornly on, long after 20 minutes.3* – I wanted to be enchanted, especially as I love capybaras, but it didn't quite deliver. It's unpleasant to handle, smaller than all but one of the photos suggest and the timer didn't work. But it's a rechargeable capybara light, operates by touch when switched on and kids (and big kids) will love it

Tiene dos modos de luz (más suave y más intenso) y es muy suave, queda bien y es agradable porque es luz cálida. Volvería a comprar.

The design is adorable. You squish its head down to change between on, a second brightness setting and off.For anyone wondering because in some images it shows with a little orange on its head, no, it doesn’t come with that. It does show on the box as well, but alas. Still adorable though. 🙂
