This kettlebell is well made.Not purple as advertised, but other than that it’s ok.Good for beginners.

I'm more or less middle aged, overweight and unfit. I'm trying to shift the weight whilst improving my strength. This kettlebell is just what i needed it. It's a great weight for me, it's not too heavy but it's still a challenge. It's easy to grip and get my hand around.

The weight is small but it is not purple as advertised and in fact is all black. Disappointing not to receive the product as advertised. Otherwise it is fine for it’s intended use.

I'm far from a fitness enthusiast but have been doing morning core exercises and recently got to to the point of needing to add weights. I've got the 4kg Kettlebell, which is shown as having a purple base but has turned up black. It doesn't matter, though the coloured ones look good.The soft powder coating on the bottom is thick and looks like it will last well. The metal core is the right weight and has a good shape for use in various one or two handed exercises. However, there is a small nobble on one side of mine that is irritating, though thankfully not sharp enough to cut. Other than that it is great and I hopefully just a one-off in the manufacturing that I will probably file off.

4kg iron kettlebell in black. A nice compact size coming in at around 7 inches tall and with a handle of 6 inches in width.The main body of the kettlebell is covered in a rubber like casing, giving protection to the floor or surface you choose to rest it on. The handle is simply the exposed iron.At 4kg this is a good starting weight for beginners, although won’t be challenging enough for more experienced kettlebell users.Where I’m finding the 4kg weight helpful is on kettlebell presses where I find the heavier weights a bit to painful on the wrists. The option to switch between this and a heavier weight during my workout is therefore handy.A kettlebell is a great item to have as a piece of home gym equipment and can give a full body workout. Easy to use and store and zero maintenance.I hope you found this review helpful.

I am very active and enjoy cardio exercises, as well as using weights, and I have owned and reviewed various kettlebells and dumbbells on Amazon.This Mambo Flexil Kettlebell has a few too many issues to highly recommend, but it does have some good features. First off, it is described by the brand, as being purple, (see both their own description on this Amazon page, plus the photo of the box I received), however, I got a solid black. Different colours on a kettlebell help to easily identify what weight it is, so it is a shame that colour is missing. However, there is the weight written on. However, as you can see by my photo, it is only painted on, and mine was already showing signs of wearing off. I would imagine that the paint will come off quickly. It is a shame that a) the purple isn't there, and b) the weight isn't embossed as part of the moulding when the weight was made.All the negatives are out of the way, the kettlebell is comfortable to use although the handle is a little on the small side if you want to use it with both hands. At the time of review in late March 2024, this is listed at £17.09 which is quite expensive considering all the issues listed. I would advise at looking at other 4kg kettlebells before committing to this one.

I did order a purple however a black showed up, I'm not disappointed by this however as it could have been neon pink and that wouldn't have bothered me. That's the only reason I've marked it 4* not 5* as the listing isn't correct. However that being said apart from the colour I really cannot fault this kettle bell. It has a strong powder coated like finish at the handle. The handle is super wide and very thick making it very easy to hold and do exercise with.The ball or bell part has a thick soft plastic cover which helps keep it grippy when doing goblet squats or places on the floor. It's really a good l, well made gym quality kettle bell. It's weight is spot on and can be used for countless different exercises.

This kettlebell weight is very easy to use and to hold. Very compact, I can store them in any corner of my office. Great variety of exercises. Sturdy and durable material. Cute colour.
