This saw is compact, well-made and sharp. I use it for all kinds of pruning and cleanup.

Somehow I'd gotten though a lot of life without a folding saw. Don't make the same mistake. These are so handy, lightweight, and functional that everyone needs at least one. On camping trips, they eliminate the need for an axe, and speed cutting wood by probably 20X. You can use them for all kinds of bushcraft in addition to just cutting firewood. I also use mine for cutting woody weeds and unwanted shrubs, and it is still the best tool I have for that after having experimeneted with all kinds of garden clearing devices, including electrified ones. This particular saw is a good size, but a little flimsy, and the blade wobbles a bit. It hasn't failed to function yet, but it doesn't give me the "rock solid" feeling of my other folding saws. Some of that no doubt is due to the length of the blade - which is longer than usual but what I prefer as I don't find the length to be a problem, and sometimes it is a big help. Overall these aren't costly, work very well, and solve a bunch of cutting problems in a light weight portable package that should work for just about everyone except those involved in the most intensive wood cutting, in which case, a full size fixed blade would be the better choice. For the rest of your uses this should work well and this particular example of a folding saw is at adequate, sharp, and a good size if a bit wobbly.

This saw is A BEAST. I have owned several pruning saws. I bought this to clean MTB and moto trails. Its amazing. Agressive teeth, and the saw doesnt bind up like some others I have owned. Never bend the blade or use a push stroke - its a pull saw - keep it nice and straight and dont force it and it works like a chainsaw!

I LOVE this saw! I have chronic pain in my arms, and this is the easiest saw to use I’ve ever found! It saws through live and dead wood, it’s light and compact enough to fit in a work bag, and the folding mechanism is easy to use. I use this saw constantly. It saws through wood without hanging up, which is great!

Comes very sharp. Lightweight and durable. Compact. Fits in my go-bag very nicely and has been used to cut a lot of limbs. So far so good - it has held up and since purchase hasn't dulled yet that I can tell. Nice addition to my camping gear.
