I love this...
Good service and just want to say they are fab. I don't think they do much for weight loss, BUT they are a great way of waking up in the morning. No electric or sports gear needed. Get up, get on 15 mins in your dressing gown whilst watching the news, job done and awake. Would recommend doing in your bare feet so you get the benefit of the bobbley bits on the disk. And am fairly sure it helps with firming up bits of your body. Also you can store it under the sofa so it doesn't glare at you when you are not using it!!!

Actually good wee calorie burn
I wanted something to do a little cardio at home during winter on top of my workouts, I just burned 150 cals in 12 minutes according to my watch, not amazing quality but good for the price

I really liked it but only had it about 4 weeks and one of the elastic bands has broke so very disappointed as can’t use it
