Very reliable and easy to use.
This unit performed well during last year's power outages from hurricanes. I had to use propane when gasoline was hard to find and it performed very well. I highly recommend this unit. Need hearing protection near the unit.

Great for the price and size
In my current neighborhood, it isn't practical to have a permanent generator next to the house. The Generac I have had in my prior home has to activate weekly for testing and it makes a lot of noise. I am using this one for emergencies. I have a portable battery backup/inverter for the house (Bluetti) that can power part of my house for about 6 hours. If I need backup longer than that, I can power this up and plug the inverter into this so that it is charging (or recharging) and feeding the house at the same time. It is noisy, but I am only going to use it for emergencies. Portable is also a great solution for me as we have a motorhome as well. Assembly was easy and it has worked on natural gas on the first try.

Generator for our small mountain vacation house
Perfect size and fairly easy to put together. Best 2 man job. Once we got it cranked on propane surprisingly quiet. I bought the largest tri-fuel for our home which of course is much larger. Great experience overall.

Great for anything anytime
Very satisfied. Tri fuel makes it versatile. Compact but enough power to run my travel trailer.

Exactly what we needed and works perfectly.
Knowing the vulnerability of the Texas power grid and that 25 named storms are predicted this year, I bought this to replace my old gasoline generator I bought in '08 during Ike. The deciding factor was the natural gas fuel option, so I needn't go in search of gasoline or propane. Then 2 weeks later Beryl came thru town [Houston], and I had staged the gen on my back patio [where there's a nat gas tap for a BBG grill. When our power went out at 4AM I went out back and cranked it up [battery start]. It purred like a kitten until our Power returned. I also bought a portable AC, so we were comfy and cool, with TV, fridges powered up, even got the Internet gear powered up- Although Xfinity was down. So we're fixed for the next power outage[s].
