Wilson Tungsten Tuning Tape, One Size

The Wilson Tungsten Tape comes in four 5g strips. Used this to add weight to a second racquet - Head Extreme Pro and to add some heft to the hoop to get some much needed plow through on strokes. Have so far added 2 5g strips at the 10-2 position on the racquet and after 2 weeks of use they have yet to fall off. Just make sure you clean the spots on the racquet where the strips will go with rubbing alcohol before applying the strips. This should ensure they bond better to the racquet.Has it helped? Most certainly. Provides much better power on groundstrokes and has increased the sweet spot on the racquet just enough to provide a level of forgiveness on mistimed shots. Much better and safer than Lead tape in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and flexible weight adjustment through trimming and adding/subtracting tape as required. I thoroughly cleaned/degreased the frame before applying and to date, the tape is still firmly adhered (after three matches and my usual dead ball pick up method of hitting down on it.)Only reservation is lack of guidance on how much tape to apply, but you can try and adjust. Definitely feels like the racket is heavier on its head, and has more power.

Does the job stays put

Great product! managed to lower the balance of my Bullpadel Vertex 2016.

I placed all 4 of them on my Wilson racket but I don't feel any difference. One of them went off while playing just on the first day. Considering the cost, quite a disappointment.

Very easy to use. Added 20g to the racket head. Improved power and spin.

As mentioned in other comments, (oh I should have listened); I applied the strips to my racquet and they fell off in the first five minutes of play. I didn't even bother to look for them, so save your money and buy a racquet that suits you, without having to modify it.

Far too wide

I bought this to add weight to my Gearbox CX14h pickleball paddle. I played several months with it uncovered and it stayed on my paddle great. Later I added some edge guard above it to help protect the paddle from getting scratched. Highly recommend!

Wilson Wolfram Schlägergewichte waren für mich der Weg, meinen Schläger etwas kopflastiger zu machen. Ich habe zunächst mit 5g begonnen, aber keine Veränderung am Schlagverhalten festgestellt. Dann weitere 5g appliziert, nichts.Mit 10g ist diese Packung auch wirklich zu klein und nicht geeignet, um merklich Unterschiede im Schlag- und Schwungverhalten zu erzeugen. Dafür müssten mehr Gramm geklebt werden.Apropos kleben: Die Klebeflächen sind mangelhaft verarbeitet. An 2 von 4 Streifen löste sich der Klebestreifen vom Gewicht, so dass ich mit eigenem Kleber arbeiten musste. Bei einer namhaften Firma wie Wilson ein absolutes No-Go.
