Make sure you messure your hips and go with that measurement . I originally bought a large when in fact I was a 2 XL dont be afraid of large sizes fajas come super small . This faja is small on the butt part though .

Get a custom one !
Customer service is great but overall faja fits funny , I got the size I need but fit to tight in waist (like a super thin rubber band ) . Like only in the pant waist area but when I sit it’s way to big so I got size up and it was way to big . Also the thick straps seem fused together ( which feels like they cut in to your arm ) .

Not for short people...
I am 5.2 feet, 140 pound , I receive mine in size L, it fits fine but it’s not for short torso..

Works like it say
This is true to your size, i just don’t like the snaps showing, if u can get one that snap with zipper flap that’s flat on outside, and also the shoulder straps keep popping off. But it holds u in so good!!
