I purchased this to replace an old spray tank. The handle had broken and it had no measurements on the side of the tank, so you didn't really now when you had a gallon of water in it. This one is so much nicer! It has measurements on the side of the tank, the pump works easily, it sprays nicely and has a relief valve that's conveniently placed and easy to use. There's a screen on the bottom of the tube to prevent clogs, It's easy to carry around and seems very durable. You get an additional end for the sprayer, it has a warranty and even comes with good English instructions, as very few things do nowadays. I am very happy with my purchase!

I had used two no name pump sprayers that broke down and I was in the market for a new one. I found this product from Petratools and decided to give it a try since it was still reasonably priced but a family owned American company. This is definitely a step up in build quality and performance from the cheap stuff I was using before, with solid capacity and spray coverage. Not only that, when I ran into a small issue with the pump sprayer and sent in an email, I received a customized email response addressing my question within a few minutes from a real human being, not an automated message redirecting me. I'd like to thank the support team at Petratools, especially Anne for the quick responses which took care of my issue. I'll look forward to using more of their products in the future.

I bought one of these back in May 2025 and it has worked flawlessly. Recently the nozzle on the tip of the sprayer had cracked and I contacted the company's customer service department. One of the reps, a woman named Anne, responded within 12 hours and was super helpful and took care of the problem immediately and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. You can't go wrong getting one of these units, especially since they are priced significantly below most of the others and do the job well. I have found the sprayer to be perfectly functional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Perfect size for my property to control weeds. I do have a problem with the mechanism that releases the pump action to increase pressure. It sticks and is difficult to release to engage the pump. Spray control works very well. Overall a satisfactory purchase.

First, and foremost, Petra's customer service is top notch. I've had this sprayer over a year and the handle/trigger was progressively harder to engage. Then one day it stopped spraying. I sent an email to Petra and received a reply in 4 minutes. I just wanted to know if maybe there was a simple spring or something I could replace to get my sprayer back up and running. Anne asked for my details and immediately shipped out an entirely new unit (got it today!)! Was not expecting that, due to how long I had the sprayer. I picked up the 1 gallon sprayer, as I already have a 4 gallon back pack sprayer. Use it to spot spray herbicide and pesticide. And, use it to maintain a small new patch of hybrid bermuda I planted this past spring with PGR, iron and fungicide. The sprayer itself is solid and feels like its of higher quality than other sprayers I've used in the past. The handle and trigger feel good in my hand and I don't feel any fatigue after use. Hose is long enough for its size. The bonus is the pressure release valve! My past sprayers never had one and I didn't realize how much I was missing out. Really great feature to have. It comes with two adjustable spray heads, depending on which spray pattern you want to use (spot spraying or fan for more even and thorough coverage). I personally like the fan pattern the most. If you do a ton of spraying, you'll truly appreciate the design and craftsmanship of this sprayer. The wide mouth, so you don't spill chemicals... The release valve, so you don't get splattered with something that could irritate your skin... Do you own comparison to other sprayers available. You'll see the difference. If this is your first pump sprayer, this will spoil you. I've already recommended Petra Tools to my neighbor and my dad just this past week, due to the fact that the product is of great quality and THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. In today's world, its tough to find companies that care about their customers and honor warranties without hassle. Seriously, they (Anne) got back to me in minutes with an even better resolution than I was hoping for and she was professional, plus kind. It may be a few bucks more, but its worth it in the long run, trust me. When my backpack sprayer bites the dust, I will be buying a new one from Petra Tools.. I know it will be of great quality and they'll back it, if anything happens. Btw, I have no affiliation with this company. Wasn't promised anything or given anything for free. Just thankful to find a product and company that are worthwhile and wanted to share my experience.

A total class act company. Why? The 2g Petra sprayer that I received worked, but wouldn't retain pressure due to a missing o-ring on the bleed-off value. Before returning or visiting a hardware store for a suitable o-ring, I emailed the company and waited mere minutes (13 minutes to be exact) for Anne to write me back and assure me that they would take care of the issue. Indeed they did - several days later, I received a replacement, along with a postcard note apologizing for the inconvenience. But on to the actual device. Works great, does what it is supposed to do. The wide funnel type top makes it easy to fill without creating a mess, the bleed-off value is nice - vs getting sprayed in the face, the shoulder strap is a fantastic, vs lugging 15-20' of sprayer/solution and finally, the dual wide/narrow sprayer attachment increases the usefulness/flexibility of the device. A TOTAL winner.

This is the best sprayer I’ve ever owned. Much better quality than the usual ones found in stores. I bought it in May 2025 and it worked perfectly. This year, I found a leak in the hose attachment, and spoke with Anne in customer service. She offered to send a replacement seal. Excellent customer service! PetraTools is a first class company.

These are the best sprayers! Easy to fill, easy to use. Can fine tune the spray from fine wide mist to a long stream. You can clearly see the water level inside, and the markings on the side are good. No mess to fill, use or clean. Price is very reasonable as well. Just bought a couple extra.
