This stuff is ridiculous. It’s sweet, it’s smoky, it’s got just enough kick to make you feel like you know what you’re doing at the grill. I’ve tried a ton of rubs and I keep coming back to Killer Bee — especially for ribs and pork butts. It forms a beautiful bark and the honey chipotle flavor actually stays after smoking, which is rare. I’ve had people ask what my “secret” is and honestly…it’s just this bottle. If you like a little sweet heat and want that competition-style finish at home, grab it. I’ll be keeping this in my BBQ lineup forever.

Its getting a reduction in stars because of the Silica in it, this seasoning tastes awesome though. I wish they would use a less hazardous anticaking agent or none at all.
