It not the best tasting but it's palable. It's a healthy cereal and it is good for you. I add sweetener (agave) helps with the taste. It is a hard cereal so let the milk sit on it for a while to soften it up.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I bought this cereal expecting it to taste like cardboard so I can experience what that tastes like and jump on that bandwagon warning others not to. I tend to self sabatoge myself. However, I really like this cereal. It doesn’t have the heavy sugary flavor of grape nuts. It’s actually as close to flavor free as you can get other than the real slices of almonds which is an amazing bonus. I tend to not add salt or sugar to anything so my taste buds are very sensitive and this passes the test. I like to soak them in unsweetened almond milk for a few minutes to get it soft because they’re rough and hard. Then it’s perfect and very filling. I’ll be buying these again though not too often because $8 for a very small box is too expensive for my food budget.

Okay ... so, not the best flavor. I think I'd take Grape Nuts over these, flavor wise. And I'm not a fan of Grape Nuts. But, this is about the healthiest cereal on the market. Great ingredients and good for the body. I love cereal, but I think a lot of them on the market are toxic. This is a healthy one and for what it lacks in flavor, it makes up for it by fueling your body with the healthy stuff.

Great taste and crunch. Mouth feel is a big deal to me. Typical granola cereals are too high in sugar and fat. My nutrition app rated this cereal at 100%. This is the only product I've ever checked that received a perfect rating.

This cereal box arrived December 24, 2023. Its "best by" date was three months earlier, October 6, 2023.I went to my Orders page to begin the return process. However, I found out that this item "can't be returned" !!There is no way in which to obtain a refund for food that's too old to eat.

The taste at 1st requires some getting used to but after you add Banana and raisins to it, it's pretty good. Full of fiber very healthy.

I’m aware that Ezekial cereals are known to be bland, however, at the very least this one should have a bit of almond flavor. It tasted like it was rancid. I only buy their cereal that has raisins, and I add banana, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, soy milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

This cereal was delivered quickly and arrived in great shape. I have had Ezekiel bread and really liked it; therefore, I thought I would try this cereal. I used to eat Grape Nut cereal a lot and thought this may be similar; however, I was wrong. This cereal is beyond my 'healthy eating' level. I hate to say, but I agree with the person who wrote that it tastes like cardboard. Not that I eat cardboard directly but it really does taste how I imagine cardboard to taste like. I even added some Truvia to it. It did help but not enough for me to finish the bowl. Yes, I threw out the bowl after giving a really good try at eating this cereal. The box went right into the trash. I was really wanting to like it but it was beyond my limits of healthy grain eating.

Great both as snack as well as sprinkle on soups 😄

Really good with almond milk and fruit. Got it because it was healthy for breakfasts.

It’s good. Healthy. Expensive so I use it for a granola topping instead of cereal. 4 stars for it being squished to small crumbs and the odd hard nut that would hurt my teeth if I didn’t eat slowly. Not sure if I would buy again.

The cereal was just crumbs and expensive
