BRABICFront Closure Post Surgical Compression Everyday Bra for Women Mastectomy with Removable Breast Support Band

Fit is a little big. I had to return and replace with a smaller size. I'm a 34DD and had originally ordered a M, but switched it out for a S and it fits perfectly. I love the support and quality is great. It has a lot of adjustments to help fit everyone. I had ordered another more expensive brand and it had velcro which stuck to my clothing. This is all hook closure and is so comfortable.

The material is sturdy thus far, I am using this in a way that it was not advertised for, I have thoracic scoliosis which since perimenopause has started presenting signs of costochondritis , I have tried so many bras and I can’t stand to have them on my body for more than 5 mins without wanting to snatch it off of me, this particular bra provides the exact support I need for my ribs and sternum.I can wear this all day with only minimal discomfort, it’s a life saver.Perimenopause makes women sensitive to texture, pressure etc so finding a bra you can tolerate is like winning the jackpot.

I was sent home from the hospital with a pink surgical bra. It did it's job but wasn't practical after having my surgical drains removed. This bra is perfect for supporting mastectomy incisions and managing pain. I'm a 36 band but I ordered a size down (Medium) so I would have the necessary compression and support. It makes such a huge difference to feel strapped in and supported when I bend over or stretch. Incisions can be very painful without the proper bra. I've worn this to the office and it creates a nice silhouette with clothing--helps smooth back rolls, etc. You won't be disappointed with the breathable fabric, support and ease of care.

I bought this piece as I am a fan of the other post surgical bras by this company. The lower band was nice and firm, the top strap wasn't tight enough. I feel there needs to be more compression on top especially post augmentation and the need for pressure for the drop and fluff phase of healing. The fabric is nice and thick compared to their other post surgical bras, which I like. If you don't want the extra compression it is removable and if you only want light compression then this is the garment for you.

This is pretty great as far as offering plenty of variations on how much compression you want by offering many different hook and eye widths. Complicated to get into, but also adds more support on top keeping everything stabilized. Suggest ordering 2 sizes up.

Great bra post lift with augmentation at a great price. This bra is so much better than the one that I was provided post op. It is very supportive and helped reduce the swelling. Very comfortable, yet effective. Bought 2. Bought size small, actual bra size is a 34 D....perfect fit!

I got these after I had my implants replaced and a reverse abdominoplasty at the same time. Since the abdominoplasty incision ran all the way across my body under both breasts, I didn't want anything that would lay against that incision like a regular bra or sports bra. This has a wide band at the bottom that lays along the rib cage making it perfect for me. It has 4 columns of hooks on the main part making it very adjustable. It also has 2 removable compression straps and the shoulder straps are adjustable. The material is very soft. I am still wearing mine 6 months after surgery because it is so comfortable

Top closures broke within in a week, second time I’ve ordered and still too big, I’m a 32E and I purchased a medium and small and both are too big and don’t help with compression
