Wiley X does it again!!
6 years ago, I abandoned Oakley and bought my first pair of Wiley X sunglasses... I don't recall the model, but they were awesome. A little over a week ago now, I bought my 2nd pair of Wiley's. These guys know how to make a very durable, comfortable product. I mistreat sunglasses, watches, pretty much any item you'd label an accessory. Just stuff that can be replaced. With Wiley X Tactical or Recreational Eye Wear, I don't need to worry about it. I have sworn off Oakley, I can break those with a stern look. Below is my rating(s) for this particular model of Wiley's. Buy them. Wear them. Drop them. They'll be OK. You will not be disappointed with the purchase.* all ratings are on a 10 scale. 1 being low.Fit - 10 w/gasket, 9 w/out gasketComfort - 10 (5 hours or less continuous wear) 9.5 (over 5 hours continuous)Style (as in fashion) - I don't care, but I'll give these a 10Durability - 10 (historical) these are 8 days old, but I'll stand on that 10.Vision - 10 Nothing HD like, but I can stare into the sun while driving and not lose the road. Makes everything look like its just an overcast morning.Glare reduction - 10. See above, Vision.Easy to clean / maintain - 10 - w/out gasket. 7 w/gasket.Case and Accessories - 9.5. Far superior case to previous models. Bigger. A more burly zipper. The cleaning cloth is 3x larger than the last. Comes with both a long cord and the short cord for neck hanging / security.Overall - 10.Wiley X Airrage Eye Protection.Simply, the most awesome things ever created for your eyes.

Pefect fit, great look, unmatched function.
I have what I believe to be a large head, hat size 7 5/8. I posted a question as to whether these would fit or not. I had mixed responses, so I went ahead and purchased these regardless only because of Amazon's second to none return policy. When I received these, I didn't know what to expect, but to my surprise they fit great. The crucial test was wearing them while on my Harley. I wear a half helmet and I wear contact lenses. All of the other glasses I wear do not protect the wind from drying my eyes out. I took these out for a test ride and they were absolutely perfect. Exactly what I was looking for an needed. Zero wind in my eyes and no more contacts drying out. They look awesome too so there's some cools points as an added bonus. I whole heartedly recommend purchasing these. This is money well spent.

Really nice sunglasses, but.....
They look great, fit great, and offer great protection. The frame is durable as well. Now the downside. The way these frames are designed, the arms rub against the inside of the lenses when they're closed, so after a few months of use, you'll see pretty significant scratches on the inside of the lenses. Poor design. When you first use them, the problem seems so obvious, but I suppose nobody at Wiley thought about this?Anyhow, after I got my second pair (these ones), I made sure that I wrapped the cleaning cloth around the frame arms after folding them up. This didn't completely solve the problem, but the lenses took a little longer to destroy.I'd recommend a different model unless you don't mind scratched lenses.

Great shades, and good looking
Great shades, and good looking. Fit is perfect, with a caveat. With some kinds of sunglasses, my left eyelash brushes the inner side of the lens and eventually wears away the coating. I've had that happen with Ray Bans and a pair of Serengeti's. The same thing happened with this pair of Wiley X, and I was afraid I was going to have to send them back. Fortunately, I didn't have to readjust them much on my nose to get them to fit properly (the rubberized grip really helps with this), but if you have this problem (and I understand it's fairly common), you should be aware that you may experience it with these sunglasses. Outside of that, they're great. Good vision, don't seem to tire your eyes, though I haven't had them on for an extended period of time.

Great fit, Very versatile, Infidelity recommend for bikers!
First of all, I've got about 5 pairs of riding glasses in my saddle bags! One from Harley, a couple from Curvz's, and no name brand, and now these Wiley's. I have to say these are the most versatile of the bunch. I wear Oakley's day to day as my "non-riding" glasses but I hated switching between those and the riding glasses with the foam in them. And just wearing the riding glasses wasn't an option. Man it gets hot behind those lenses with the foam when you're not riding. So these were the next best option. I have a big head and I've seen some on here write reviews that state that they don't fit larger heads.I only have one little issue with them but honestly I think these fit the best out of any of my other ones. With the other glasses I'd start getting a headache about 2 hours in on a ride because of the pressure on my temples from the arms. With these Wiley's I don't feel any pressure at all, therefore no headaches! The issue I do have is the foam doesn't seal around my eyes as well as my Curvz's do. This allows some air in so I could see if you wear contacts where this might be a problem but I don't contacts so it's not a deal breaker for me. The fact that I can pull the foam frame and wear these as regular sunglasses is the selling point for me.Now while these are about 3 times the cost of the Curvz's I have, they are polarized where my Curvz's are not. This is HUGE if you're riding into the sun all day. Also, the extras that come with it were a surprise. The hard case is great and almost guarantees you won't break them if you use it. The cleaning clothes, neck lanyard, and head strap were great additions. All in I'd say these were a decent 4.5 stars but I'll round up since Amazon doesn't let us rate in increments.

Nice glasses, they work
Nice glasses, they work. They don't fit as good or are nearly as comfy as i thought they'd be. I have several pairs of Oakleys, Maui Jims and Revo's and these aren't even close as far as comfort or quality of lens goes. All in all it was a good purchase.
