McCormick Ube Flavor Extract 2 bottles (20ml/bottle)

This extract smells and tastes great, and just as I expected, will stain absolutely everything it touches. Mine arrived with one of the tops a tiny bit loose despite being well packaged, so there was a tiny leak, but I haven't removed any stars because of that as it seemed completely accidental and both bottles were individually wrapped with plastic on the top so the leak did not spread beyond the label of the one bottle. The color of the extract is gorgeous, SUPER purple! So far, I have only used it in pancakes just to test out how much to use to get a rich purple color, and a few drops is all it took. I am very happy with the quality of the extract so far and will be making ube cookies with it soon!

This McCormick Ube Flavored Extract works perfectly for what I need. I used it to make ube‑flavored tiramisu, and it gives such a nice, rich aroma and color that fits exactly what I’m looking for. A little goes a long way, so these two bottles will last me quite a while. It’s easy to mix into batters, creams, and fillings, and it gives my homemade desserts that wonderful, distinct profile. I’m very happy with this purchase and will keep using it for more recipes.

It was open or the lid was loose that’s why it leaked. Even though it was packed properly make sure to seal the lid properly to prevent leakage.

I have been disappointed with taro bubble tea powders for making bubble tea at home. I now use a little of the ube flavouring and some milk in addition to the powder and it comes pretty close to shop bought taro tea. I am also going to try it for baking as I really like the flavour and the colour is beautiful.
