I love this picture frame! The picture quality is very clear and excellent! The set up is also very easy. The app is also easy to work with and you can load an unlimited amount of photos. I got a frame for both sets of grandparents as well and it is really nice to be able to load pictures to all three frames at once. The company (ViVi) has been very easy to work with in regards to any questions or issues that have come up. I highly recommend this frame!

Customer Service is amazing. I had issues with the frame, of which I love. The shuffle wasn't shuffling all the way through, images were displaying in pairs and a few other things. I was back and forth with customer service quite a few times as their response time was great. They had me do a bunch of different fixes, which didn't fix. Needless to say, I was offered another frame of which I accepted. I wanted to pay for an upgrade, of which they gave with no additional cost to me. I haven't tried the new frame but I'm hopeful. Also, the frame has a bunch of features , like adding descriptions and different transitions, white or black frame around images, etc. Also, the app is very easy to use. I love looking at the photos reminiscing. Definitely a fun, great product.

The frame is great and has amazing picture quality and was decently easy to set up. The problem I had was when we were inviting family members to join. It gave me the impression it would send them an invite email but did not and took some time to figure out. Also, WHYYYYY does the app vibrate so much?!

Bought this for my dad for his birthday. He is very technologically inept but it was very easy to set up for him and get all the pictures on there. It has an app that you can share with family members so that they can all put their photos on it. Perfect for long distance families!
