Spider Tool Holster - Drill Pins - Pack of One - Premium CNC Stainless Steel - Attaches to The Side of Any Brand Power Drill and Driver - Pairs with Spider Tool Holster and Tool Docks - desertcart.com Review: Milwaukee M18 Nail Gun Compatibility - Great product! WILL work with M18 nail guns—with a little modification. This tool pin isn’t designed to work with Milwaukee M18 nail guns, but with minor modification, it works great! I use it on my M18 brad nailer, finish nailer, and narrow crown stapler. Important Note: The screws that you will recieve with the spider tool pin don’t fit Milwaukee’s nail gun's thread size. You’ll need to order a specific screw from McMaster-Carr: Ultra-Low-Profile Socket Head Screw, Alloy Steel, M5 x 0.80mm, 25mm Long Part No. 90358A015 – about $5.87 This screw is the correct thread size, length, and head size to fit perfectly in spider tool pins recessed area (See pictures) MODIFICATION: What You’ll Need: T25 Torx bit Drill + 1/4" drill bit Drilling/Cutting oil (optional, but recommended) 3mm Hex Key/Allen wrench M5 x 0.80mm, 25mm Long Screw|Part No. 90358A015 (from McMaster-Carr) Steps: 1. Remove the original belt hook using the T25 bit 2. Carefully drill out and enlarge the spider tool pin’s mounting hole to 1/4" (cutting oil recommended) 3. Use the 3mm Allen wrench to install the new McMaster screw. (Please note, the threads on the McMaster screw are machined very precisely and getting them to thread into the nail gun may at first be very difficult. It may even feel like they are the wrong threads, I assure you they are correct. Just give it a little oomph and screw it in, it will thread in eventually.) 4. That’s it—enjoy your upgraded setup! Review: You will not be disappointed - These are amazing. Spider tool holster is absolutely the best. I originally got the plastic ones but my drill comes into contact with shingles and concrete a lot so the plastic one was wearing down pretty fast on one side. These steel ones are awesome...just scratches no real wear. I have already bought several more for other tools.

Works ok on older M12s, doesn't sit flat on newer models.
Works OK with 2019 models M12 hammer drill and impact driver (PN: 2504-20, 2553-20, and maybe the Surge too). Doesn't fit so well, but still works, with 2021/newer M12 impact driver (PN: 3453-20 and maybe other newer drills too). I know it's very expensive to keep updating new designs on CNC parts, so I don't fully blame the manufacturer. I wish they make one without the anti-rotation tabs, so it'll sit flat on anything. I'd probably get the nylon version if you're unsure, so you can easily file down some material. Bonus: I attached one on my Milwaukee hammer as well by drilling and tapping for #8-32 bolts. I wish manufacturer would also provide that size in the bag for DIY attachments. Luckily I already had a bunch from work and able to cut it down to length.

Fits M12. Best solution I have found.
This thing is amazing. I have damaged my impact twice from dropping it off my belt at height before getting this. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Just get one.

Much better than the nylon ones and can hardly tell a weight difference between them Bought these as the nylon ones (3 pack I purchased around 1 year ago) kept going into a triangle shape in my holster Same price as a pack of nylon ones but built to last compared to them

Bought this to try worked well very pleased with the item

Now it's all metal it is more durable. Don't get the ones with rubber on them! Ok, I've had it for 2 and a half months, and the screw kept on un-tighting in that time and now it has broken off! Considering the price of it i won't be getting any more!

Good solid pin , that doesn't wear down quickly like the nylon ones , however , they are let down by the fixing screws which break after a while , and you can't seem to buy upgraded screws
