Is the weight for this pan really only about 1.6 kg? Seem light for a cast iron pan.

I haven’t weighed it, but it’s a joy to use and I’d be the first to grumble if it was too heavy! Go for it!

Mine didn't come with a lid. Check size as 20cm is very small.

Does the handle get super hot?

I guess it depends on the type of hubs, on induction it doesn't.
