We have few food trucks that uses the Square Card Reader for credit card purchases and often the charging port goes bad. This dock is a solution.PROS:-- It's nice and sturdy-- It has a little bit of weight to it so it doesn't slide off easily. Cushion on the bottom which creates friction.-- Cheaper than buying a new reader when the port goes bad on the reader-- Well made and looks profession to the customerCONS:This one uses USB-A port. I wish it's uses the standard USB-C so I don't have to worry about getting a different set of cables for them. Maybe I bought the wrong one?OVERALLThis docking unit is very nice and it keeps the credit card read nice and clean, increasing the longevity of the credit card reader.

The Product after.Two months would not charge and it's not holding the charge and can not use it, I try charging it in different outlets.And it would not charge at all so the product I could not use it at all

As a small business owner I needed an easy to use, effective POS system and this fits the bill. Easy to set up, use, track sales, etc. Have used Square for years and unless something changes significantly, will continue to do so. The entire unit is very durable, haul it to several shows a year, dropped it on the floor more than once and it keeps on going. Yeah!
