Very good laptop
Ordered late morning on 26th March arrived early evening 26th March, packed very well, and I am very pleased with the laptop and the price I paid

Issues with the batteries working then not working
Really happy when I first got the laptop. It looked in good condition and was what I expected. Sadly we've had issues with this running out of charge or the battery is not visible so only works when plugged in. Seems there are supposed to be 2 batteries - One is missing and one doesn't work consistently so the laptop has to be plugged in. To be honest we should have just bought a new laptop. I am really disappointed in the quality.Support is too technical asking for log files to be downloaded and uploaded etc. All in all very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!One of the two batteries was flat, we contacted customer service, and a replacement was sent promptly. The laptop is working beautifully.

Gets worse over time till unusable
Should have listened to the other negative reviews. Faulty laptop. Screen flickers. Turns off randomly. Gets worse over time. Now Unusable. Tried to use it for home, for relatives, as a spare laptop at the office. No matter how limited the use, it invariably failed.

Works well and robust
My previous laptop was super thin which looked great but the keyboard was not great being a bit sticky. This one is rather chunky in comparison but works very well. Keyboard is full size with the 14 inch screen. 13 inch screens have very slightly compressed keyboards.

Bag of spanners - don't
This was a wreck of a laptop. There is no good news. Amazon, good as their word on returns took it back and I replaced it with an Elitebook. Nasty. Good news, good screen, nothing else.

Lid scratched and no pound sign key
Despite description lid had two scratches that are certainly visible from more than 30cm away. Additionally, the keyboard is American, there is no UK pound sign key but a $ key instead. Not a deal breaker but certainly very annoying!

Immaculate Fast Laptop
Lenovo Thinkpad T480S, arrived in good time next day with password security. Laptop looked like new. But no instructions, I had to download a manual from Lenovo to find the C- type charging socket, led changed colour from orange to White when charged. Started the computer to find it had Windows 11 not Windows 10. The label on the outside said windows 10. I'm not liking Windows 11. Computer did have the usual Lenovo utilities so being in the "know", I downloaded and installed Lenovo Vantage which upgraded the drivers and bios. Battery started by showing 10hr time remaining which quickly dropped to 2hr at 75%. I am pleased with the laptop, just miffed by the wrong operating system.
