can I put my home gym on it?

You could, but it's not really meant for your home gym to be put on it. This mat is more for yoga, high-intesity cardo type work, where you need a soft surface (for jumping type excercises like burpees, push-ups, etc).

How easy is it to be rolled/folded for storage? Has anyone used it on low cut grass outside? (would want to roll/fold and put away after use)

It is a great mat to use. This mat comes with 2 straps so when you rolled it up you will be able to strapped it in. It is easy to clean with the towel with warm soap or plain water. It is not hard to roll it and put it away. My husband and I use this mat and fell in love with it.

Can this be installed over low pile carpet?
