Just started using it but so far so good

It’s difficult to say if I have any kind of iron deficiency and whether I need a boost, but iron absorption in the diet may be limited by certain factors so I suppose it doesn’t do any harm to occasionally supplement. Normally, iron tends to be incorporated into general multivitamin and mineral complexes, but the question always remains as to how much is readily assimilated by the body, therefore an advanced solution like this may be the answer. With me, I surmise it will only be an occasional assurance, but for anyone needing additional iron in their diet (as perhaps advised by a healthcare professional) then it may well be worth considering a supplement like this with it’s higher iron availability, of which is apparently so designed to quickly reduce the deficiency.Like other NFO products, price seems to reflect quality, so it’s probably worth paying the extra for supplements that have a better chance of working than merely being passed through the body to a greater or lesser degree.Recommendation is one tablet per day after a meal. Strangely, there’s a 100 tablets, which month-wise isn’t one thing or another. Perhaps it’s just the way I’m looking at it but I would have thought either 90 or 120 would be better for either a three or four months supply. Anyway, 100 it is. The red tablets though are easy to swallow, and again this is a particularly clean product with good certifications behind it.I haven’t noticed any effects taking these, but as above, I suspect I’m not iron deficient to any great degree, but I can see why these will help people who are.
