Great for my digestion. I've struggled with constipation in the past and this makes sure I can go regularly. I don't use it everyday but whenever I feel like I need a little extra help. Steep for about 8-10 min for best results

I take this tea when my constipation is mild. IN my opinion, depending on what solid foods i ate, dictates on how well it works. But I keep a box in my cabinet all year around

Powerful stuff
Laxative! I drink it at night leading to the weekend because it will make you go to the toilet atleast twice. So if you plan on taking it, do it only if you're be off the next day. Or cleanses you. It will feel like a cramp but it's very minor
