Item arrived intact and on time. One of the roller assemblies did pop apart while I was using it but I snapped it back together and appeared to work fine in the end.

Pretty much useless
Pretty much useless. If you can’t lift the furniture to begin with how the hell does this help? My expectation was that it was similar to a car jack. Nope. Worst purchase ever made. Money back please.
