Ideal for wide feet
Good for wide feet. Have to set the calf strap loose for walk mode, tightens up in ski mode. I needed the boot for wide feet but doesn’t hold heel down as well as I’d like. There are aftermarket products to help. Overall I tried many boots and this is the only one wide enough for my foot.

Fantastic for wide feet (but heavy for back country)
I have wide and boney feet, these were made for me. Right out of the box I love them. My ONLY gripe is they are a bit heavy as a dedicated touring boot. I got a 28, weighs in at 3.5 pounds a boot. Not too heavy, but not very light either. Skis fantastic, very stiff. Forward lean is a bit back for me (11 degrees), but nothing I wouldn’t get used to. If you need one boot for in bounds and hiking, this is for you. If you are looking for a dedicated touring boot, I would recommend to look elsewhere. Tlt8 fits and skis (fairly) similarly and is 1.25 pounds lighter.
