Great backpack.
It’s a pretty good backpack for tools and a laptop, it's very durable. My top strap has broke though, it’s been months since I had it and the strap did break but not my shoulder straps those are still holding on. I admit I do overload my backpack with tons of stuff. Honestly it’s a great reliable strong backpack for the price. I would recommend this!

Surprising high quality but time will tell.
I am an HVAC apprentice my handed down tool backpack tore recently and I'm on the waiting list for a veto pro pack backpack I decided I needed one for the interim. My goals something not too expensive but decently building that can become a secondary bag for either electrical or airflow tools when my veto comes in.UtilitySurprisingly rugged for the price holds my RACT manual (huge textbook) laptop binder in the non tool slot. Holds a good amount of hand tools for initial diagnosis and my eletrical meter. The metal clips on the front I attach my impact driver which is great.ComfortThe weight is distributed well on the shoulders and the back padding does give some support the backpack kind of pushes into your back while loaded up.The all rubber base is great better than the rubber feet in my old Milwaukee and the color a nice tan makes it 10 times less likely to get stolen.Time will tell if it will stay durable or not I plan to update this review on its endurance05-13-18 Update unfortunately I will be returning this backpack, too flimsy for a tool backpack the first to go was the top strap then the next day the left shoulder strap. For very light use I would recommend ( less than 15lbs). I wanted to like it I would gladly pay double for the design but with a better build quality.

Perfect for IT/Computer Employees!
This backpack is much more than we expected. My husband purchased it for work; he says it’s an outstanding backpack for IT work. It fits a laptop great, has so many pockets and places for items which is very needed with his job. His co-worker saw it and immediately asked where he got it!

Good enough for what it cost, but lacking in a few areas.
I'm a home inspector, and overall this fits the tools that I need to carry into every home.My laptop, portable drill, C0 detector, gas detector, various hand tools and other miscellaneous hand tools and testers. The theory behind the design of this bag is good, it just wasn't executed fully. Some of the inner pouches just don't go deep enough to handle simple things like a screwdriver. If you have larger tools in the main middle storage area, it becomes difficult to close if you have anything in the pouches right behind this main storage area. Rarely am I able to get this thing zipped fully closed. The bag does not always stay standing up, even though it has the plastic base to be able to do so. It's like you have to get everything put in the bag in a very specific way to get it to balance correctly. What I like about the bag is that it is still extremely useful and didn't cost me a lot of money. Like I said, it fits my tools, just not always in the best way. It has a drink holder on the side, which is always a plus. So far after a couple of months, it seems to be holding up ok. It's also very comfortable to wear over my shoulders. There are better bags out there, but this one is doable and I'll keep using it until it fails somehow and I can then justify spending extra money on something else.

Great storage for tools
I’m one of those people who bought a basic tool set with a small tool bag many years ago after buying our first house. Now, all the years later, and a few houses later, I’ve accumulated various tools over the years. My tools are disorganized and I have a few different bags storing these tools. With this professional tool backpack, I can now organize all my tools in one, easy to carry space. The bag has plenty of room and is o Hanover efficiently to store all my tools. I recommend it!

I really like the durable material and compartmentalized backpack design
I really like the durable material and compartmentalized backpack design, allowing me to organize a large amount of tools into such a clean and concise spot. Being a backpack, I also find it easy to take with me, wherever I need to go for a project. Very handy!

The pack otherwise has some good features, like the laptop compartment
I have to agree with the other negative reviews. I expected the second row pockets to be deeper than the first row, but they are not. The should be designed to hold screwdrivers, but they do not. I ended making my screwdrivers for by stabbing then through the bottoms of the pockets. Also, the pack will not stand in it's own due to a lack of internal support/frame, and be it has a memory from being folded. The pack otherwise has some good features, like the laptop compartment, which is why I'll continue to suffer with it.

It lasted 4 days!!!
I ordered this over a month ago and choose it because of its price and I like the sand color because I was in the military. I finally got around to filling it up last weekend and started using it Monday. On thursday i lifted it up by the handle on top and one side ripped off. When I got home I was looking at it with my wife and gonna have her sew it so I started taking everything else out when I noticed a huge tear down the side . The stitches are falling out and way to weak for whats suppose to be a tool backpack. Since I took a few weeks before using it the 1 month return policy is expired. At this rate rather than spending $50 a month for a new bag when they rip every week I should have just spent the extra $20 and bought a kline bag like 2 of my guys have being that they got theirs 2 years ago. I am insanely upset that i wasted this money. Like most people in this world I dont have alot of money and could use this money to do something else. Like idk do something with my family. My suggestion don't buy if u value money that most of u have worked hard for unless u want to get real good at sewing or wasting money.
