Have always used products by this company and found them without unnecessary additives, and using naturally sourced ingredients. Since the ionic form mixes easily with water or juice taste does not have to be an issue and is a perfect solution for someone who dislikes or cannot swallow pills. We all need mineral supplementation these days and this highly reputable company delivers the goods.

I use after illness or when I have felt weak or that I need a boost. If I take too regularly I feel like I can smell a metal odour from my skin! Apparently it’s a thing! I did a lot of research and think these are the best for the price point. I don’t feel they have any taste.

I tried this and unfortunately, I couldn't actually tell if it did anything. I noticed no obvious results from it and although it is extremely well packaged, tastes fine and is unflavored, given the cost and the fact that I couldn't tell any difference, I won't be reordering. I do trust the brand and have used other supplements from them as they are extremely high quality but this is not something I need again.

Really good product, helped me reduce sugar cravings but it is on the pricier side.

This is a really convenient way of getting high quality pure electrolytes.The dosage is 30 drops which you can mix in water or other liquid to make a really hydrating drink. You get 25 servings per bottle.This is really handy when travelling as it is easy to use the dropper to mix with water on the go. The ingredients are pure with 6 essential minerals sourced naturally. The taste is subtle especially when mixed with water. I really like that it is pure with no other additives, providing a very absorbable formula to hydrate the body.

If looking for some ionic electrolytes then these are a good choice really easy to take and easily mixed into your drink doesn't alter the taste

I use essential minerals after I have had a sauna, which is several times per week when I am being diligent. I figure it helps to replenish the electrolytes lost through sweating.These are the essential trace minerals in an ionic form, which I understand makes them more easily absorbed, which is what I want as it saves something having to be digested before getting to where it needs to go.The ingredients are all natural and there are no dubious additives such as colours, sweeteners, preservatives or any kind of filler. This is great as it means you are getting a clean dose of all the good stuff.The drops are very convenient as you can take the bottle with you to the gym and put a few drops in pretty much any kind of liquid, even hot ones. There is a very slight salty taste, but it isn't particularly strong, at least I didn't think so.
