Good morning, everyone. I have purchased more than 20 Aziot smart switches, including three two-way gang switches. I have been using them from past one year and overall, I am extremely happy with their performance, minimal latency, and seamless integration with Alexa. The only issue I experienced was with the three two-way gang switches, which would occasionally turn on and off by themselves. However, one of the two-way switches was recently replaced free of cost, and it has been working like a champ ever since. Honestly, I hardly ever touch the switches. Everything in my house is controlled through Alexa voice commands. I would also like to appreciate both Ajay and Ayesha for their excellent service. Their attitude was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Overall, I am very pleased with both the technology and the customer service provided by Aziot.

Item is good, but can't fix on Goldmedal modular switch Board due to different locking. Seller has replacement policy only. So I have to change Switch Board Plate also. Poor compatibility.

Such a waste of Money. I purchased it with FAN regulator. Both product became corrupted within a month. On claiming warranty, Company says either you send the product to us, we will review and send you back or Deposit a security deposit equal to Price of Product then we will send it. Such a Practice to make fool customer. Switches and Regulator are installed in switch board. To send it back to Company, means 1. you need an electrician (Definitely he will charge) 2. Send to Company (again expenses) 3. Till you get product replaced and received by you( if you get it back an their is no time limit) , you need to install switch and regulator to get light and FAN in your house (Expenses again). 4. and Lastly if you get your product returned, again you need an electrician and your working switch and regulator became waste. This is nothing but a complete way to not the serve the customer and just get make the customer fool.

I have been using this smart switch product for the past two years, and my experience has been excellent. It offers a cost-effective way to automate your home with a smooth, hassle-free setup, and the best part is that it's completely self-serviceable and works with Alexa smoothly. The customer support team is also highly responsive and efficient. One of my switches stopped working, and after I shared a short video explaining the issue, they asked me to send the switch back. They repaired it promptly and returned it in perfect working condition. Overall, it's a reliable, affordable, and user-friendly smart home solution backed by excellent after-sales support. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to automate their home.

A perfect solution to make your home smart works as per their product data sheet. Have all their Products, Was amazed by the callback by the support when I had raised a request. It is more for installation support rather than any technical issue with the product.

Purchased 5 smart switch. 1 failed after 30 days of use. I ordered one more to have in spare, but new switch received with open box and there was no masking film available on from touch panel, also there was no output from No1 relay. Product quality is not upto the mark.
