Nice Fan!
The media could not be loaded. Nice quiet fan. Installed on covered patio and it’s working great. Pretty simple and typical ceiling fan installation. Took about an hour or so. I used the 24 inch downrod and that’s the first step in the process - be sure to install the set of covers and housing on the rod first! The rest is just a lot of screws. Easy! It’s well balanced and I have almost no wobble on high speed - moves a lot of air and very very quiet

No customer support.
I ordered two of these fans for my shop. Neither one worked when they got here. I spent hours assembling and mounting these fans. These fans were to be mounted in my shop 14 ft in the air. I had to rent scaffolding to mount them. I spent all that time only to find neither of them worked. No phone number to call for support. I called Amazon to get a phone number. Amazon did not have a phone number either. I emailed support for these fans on a Sunday evening. I did not receive a return email until the following Sunday. 7 days later. I boxed them up and sent them back.

Great, good looking fan
I bought this for my newly built screen porch. It is the perfect match. It installed very easy and is super quiet. Would 100% buy this one again

Overall a Great Fan
I expected more of a down draft. I would have preferred the pitch to be steeper than it is so it could feel a bit more like a storm in my home and not a gentle breeze at 6.But I do notice it definitely moves air in my 595sqft living room with 14ft vaulted ceiling so that’s a plus just wish the down force was more powerful.

Updated Review - Bad Start, Excellent Customer Experience
Unfortunately, I had an issue with the first fan and unfortunately it was out of the return period. I left a review with a poor experience regarding an issue with the motor grinding and just wrote it off to bad luck and a quality issue with the company. The company reached out to me and identified they had a problem with some motor and sent me a different fan with I requested and the new fan came and works create. While I had a bad start it was nice to see a company make it right . Even without contacting them directly, they do look a watch their customers are saying and care. Happy now
