Awesome, almost like Illy
This stuff is great. I love the Illy coffee but it's so expensive and I wanted to buy something organic and fair trade instead of continue to enrich the Western coffee conglomerates. This stuff is great. The flavor is strong and I have to say I barely noticed the difference with the Illy stuff (medium and dark). We use it in our DeLonghi fully automatic EAM 3300 and you initially could not tell when we switched the beans. I think there is a slight difference, the Illy does come across a little stronger with otherwise same settings. But I'd rather be organic and fair trade. Taste and quality wise, this is definitively 5 stars. Taste preference wise, I think the Illy has a slight edge as it has a very strong unique character, but this one makes me feel better.

Delicious coffee!!
This is really, very good coffee! Clean and crisp but perfect balance, depth and acidity. I selected the Lush. It’s said to be a medium-bold, but to be truthful, it’s a beautiful medium with subtle complexity. A very good cup of Joe!

Very good coffee, with an almost cocoa finish
At this price there is a lot of competition and this coffee while being good doesn't quite tick all the boxes for a $25 bag worth.Don't get me wrong - it is a good, "ethical" coffee (whatever that means), and delivers as described. Smoky/cocoa finish, and a slightly sweet aftertaste, strong as well. It is just a bit too light on flavor in this price category. It definitely didn't dethrone my two mainstays, Kimbo or Ruta Maya, both of these have a deeper complexity of flavor. It might be just me but at somewhere into a 0.5lbs of it I got bored and started alternating it with the other two mentioned above.I'd probably say that this one works great in cappuccinos.

Organic Dark & Delicious
I love this coffee. Not all organic coffee was created equal. I have had this coffee tested and it is cleaner than clean for anyone who is sensitive to pesticides. It’s dark and delicious !

Smooth, Rich taste
I like dark, robust coffee. This met my expectations with a smooth, creamy taste. I was looking for an ethically grown coffee and although this does not specifically say “shade-grown,” I wrote the company and they said it was (I can’t remember the exact wording.)

Yummy coffee, nicely balanced, reasonable price
It's very good. Rich, nice flavor, moderately oily beans. Love that they are fair trade, organic. I don't think they are shade grown (correct me if I'm wrong), I would have preferred that, but overall I am very happy. Just purchased another bag.

Great coffee!
I like drinking a coffee that I know is made with natural ingredients. Tastes great, too!

Hey, this is good coffee!
Took a flier. Usually use Peet's Major Dikason's blend, but as this is fair trade & organic, well... using a blade grinder (I know, but burr grinders cost too darned much!) and a Cuisinart coffee maker, I'm getting great cups of joe. Be green, try this coffee.
