This is a great little blender if you buy it for what it is designed for. The portability is excellent. It is easy to take out with you, simple to charge, and genuinely leakproof. For everyday smoothies, protein shakes, and soft fruits, it blends well and gives smooth results without much effort. Build quality feels solid and it is very easy to clean, which makes it far more likely to actually get used regularly. It is ideal for quick blends at work, the gym, or when travelling. It is obviously not meant to replace a full size countertop blender, but within its limits it performs very well. As long as you are not trying to crush ice or very hard frozen ingredients constantly, it does exactly what you would expect. If you want a reliable portable blender from a trusted brand, this is a good buy and worth the money.

I bought this high tech portable blender as part of my drive to get healthy and lose weight. And it has not disappointed. This nifty portable blender is something you can take in your gym bag with you to prep a post workout shake. Or to take with you as part of a packed lunch at work when you want to create a smoothie at your desk! It can be charged via USB and will last a few days on a single charge. Operating it is simple and effective. It is sturdy and quiet. And for what you get you get value for your purchase. I found no leakage issues and indeed it was very well made and constructed. I chose the blue colour as it didn’t scream attention. Especially if you are out and about. The chopping blades are very sharp and can handle fruits just fine. I liked it so much that I bought one as a raffle prize gift for a local fund raising event. If there has to be a criticism, it’s in not having a quick chef cook book with pictures of ideas on what you can make in the portable blender. All in all this is a worthy investment and compliments your kitchen arsenal!!

Brilliant! Very powerful. Charges quickly. Blends beautifully..Little heavy as it's glass. Very easy to clean Bit of warm water and washing up liquid and it's spotless. Thats the beauty of glass. 2 year guarantee is excellent to. Would recommend. Great value for money. Love the cranberry colour

This is a very powerful and compact personal use portable Blender. It's not lacking in efficiency even though it's small. It blends my smoothies effortlessly and to perfection.

Blends well - very quiet compared to my previous Ninja which I had to wear ear protection to use 😵‍💫 Battery doesn’t last long but fast recharge so not really an issue. Easy to clean, overall very pleased with it.

One of the best investments I've made in my well being and health. Considering the price vs impact - probably the best ever! When it comes down to keeping a portable blender at work or taking it with you with the scope to prepare a shake at the spot - that's an absolute blast & beast! PROs: - Cleans itself! Just pour in some water and let it spin another 30 seconds cycle and it's done! In maximum two cycles (one with washing liquid and one with water) I've been able to clean anything from it! Btw, great plastic - no smells in months of use. - Man, it's powerful! For a portable blender, I'm crushing usually lots of seeds and nuts + yoghurt + almond milk + fruits. It becomes liquid in first 5-10 seconds! So great engine and really sharp and solid metal blades do the job! Ninja says you can crush ice with it and I'm sure you can! - It looks good, feels good & solid built. Never leaks if you close it properly (nice markings on the body and base help with that). Cons / TO NOTE: - Battery life: This model keeps up about 10 mixes. In practice - it is real actually. While it might sound like not a lot, but considering the portability nature it's more than enough as you can do 4-5 shake + clean cycles before it's fully discharged. So in practice you won't do so many in a day. Plug it in over night and you'll never run out of power. - Weight: Well, as the motor is in it's base - obviously it adds up weight to it. For me, it's ok and I don't even bother to unscrew the base to screw a plastic cover and walk with the bottle alone. However, if you wanna take it out on a longer walk or especially on a run - I believe you'll need to do it. What's good it is still quite easy and quick. So to summarise - amazing shakes in seconds, a truly game changer with direct impact on health and wellbeing. It’s powerful enough to blend food smoothly, even thicker mixtures, and works brilliantly for making drinks, soups, and puréed meals when we’re out and about. The cordless design makes it so convenient, and the battery lasts far longer than expected between charges. The 530ml size is ideal — not too bulky, yet big enough to make a decent portion. It’s really easy to clean, which is a big plus when using it several times a day. The leakproof lid and sip spout are very well designed, meaning we can safely take it out without worrying about spills. Overall, it’s sturdy, reliable, and looks stylish too. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I had to give this product due respect, especially after reading some of the one star comments where I don’t think people have clearly read the instructions. I have seen reviews calling this the most dangerous product ninja have made because the power button is on the base and you can cut your fingers by turning it on when you’re holding the base without the top on! but this is factually inaccurate. There is a safety mechanism that stops you being able to turn the power on if the top is not attached this is quite a simple thing to work out If you tried it i.e. unscrew the top put the base on the kitchen side turn the power on and try and start it. The light will flash a sort of off-white colour and the blade will not spin. It’s quite simple really. There is also a plastic cover to go over the Blades so that you don’t nick yourself on them once you’ve cleaned it! Who would’ve thought Ninja considered safety of this device!! On another post I saw someone was complaining “how are you supposed to separate the base from the top without getting liquid all over the floor” which is just incredible because all you need to do is turn it upside down. It’s the way it’s designed to work once you do that you can unscrew the motor and then put the base cap on which then makes your drink portable as described. I believe this is the key message that ninja are referring to when they described the product is portable. I have made seven drinks with this. The battery lasted for about 6 1/2 which I think is pretty good going, if you put huge lumps into this yes it will get stuck so just chop up or break things up first and I’ve had no problems if anything does get stuck just turn it upside down and back again while it’s spinning and it will dislodge and free it up. I have also used apples with the skin on and have not had any issues like other people have described.I think this might be the best little smoothie maker I’ve ever owned and it certainly helping me to eat more healthy the best part is that I’m more alert now during the day because of all the good ingredients I’ve been using flaxseeds Chia seeds, ground almonds,peanut butter etc and a course fresh fruit, I’ve also used spinach watercress and avocado which has worked well and I found that I’m now not snacking in between breakfast lunch and dinner and I don’t suffer as much in the afternoon with the old 4 pm slump as with all things you could read this review, but you need to make your mind up I would say it’s definitely worth a shot and it is a fantastic piece of kit.
