I purchased the Vanilla shortbread from Wegmanns and they were amazing. Best bar I had in a long time, great taste and texture was really good. I decided to order the Vanilla Shortbread and Chocolate Chip Cookie dough through Amazon. When I received the order I was excited to eat a bar. When I opened the Vanilla shortbread it was gooey and left a liquid substance in the wrapper. It taste spoiled or rotten. It has an alcohol like taste. I tried the Cookie dough and same result. They taste bad. Since I cannot return them I am throwing them away. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to having a bar that was of good quality and didn’t taste like a factory.

I was going to give this product 4 stars, then decided to give it five. It's a great collagen protein bar. High quality ingredients. Reasonably low carb. Melts in your mouth. It's a little pricey but for what you're getting, it's worth it. My first impulse was to give it only four stars because -- well -- they're so delicious that they're addictive. They taste like butter cookies (but without the sugar and flour). So I've found myself eating too many of them sometimes. But it's really not fair to blame a product for being good :)

Taste is not great, BUT I always feel good after eating a Bulletproof Bar. For some reason, these bars are not nearly as tasty as they were when they first came out though. I've been purchasing for quite a while. They also dropped a couple flavor options. My blood sugar stays consistent after eating a bar so very happy about that and they are great if you are trying to do keto. The ingredients are quality which probably explains the high price. Hard to get a discount on this anywhere, so I limit how many I buy.

I was somewhat hesitant about buying an entire box of these before I tried one, however they don’t seem to be sold as singles. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and would gift them to a hardcore fitness buddy if I didn’t like them. I was very pleasantly surprised. These are really good and actually taste like shortbread. They are not too dry, not too sticky, and have a shortbread like consistency. They are a good way to sneak in some extra protein and everyone needs collagen. I have also shared a few and gotten positive feedback on all counts. I will definitely buy these again.

Taste is good but I get a stevia aftertaste. Texture is crumbly so they are a bit messy. I would purchase again.

It has a good taste and texture. I have one of these with an aloha protein bar to get a big protein dose. I’m not an expert, but it has caprylic and capric fatty acids which may inhibit fungus growth.

The bars were very dry and too sweet for my taste. I bought the bars because they are pretty clean and have collagen, but I would have preferred more protein, a better consistency, and less sweetness. Also, I didn't think they were very filling.
