These are fab
Ordered a skin infusion system but stupidly threw out the bottle so bought this to enable me to use the rest of the treatment. Ideal and a fraction of the cost...happy !!

There are not 5 needle lengths
Lies all round. Not sure what it’s referring to when it says 5 needle lengths not what it’s referring to when it says 20? Misleading! And I hope this review reduces the sales significantly

Would have been nice to have some instructions
When this arrived I opened the box and there were no instructions on how to use the derma stamp.It is also shown with serum on the listing but there was no serums included either. So I had to go any buy serum and figure how to use this myself. Seemed to work but a lot of faffing about.

Have use it 3 times now, have to say that I love the afterwards results, leaves your skin smooth and the feeling of tightness is refreshing.

Painless
Very easy and painless to use. Can see a little difference after use. Hopefully after few more times will see an improvement with my face
