Great little time savers, wish it didn't need the power adapter for all lighting
I have already purchased the wiCICLE transmitter/receiver bundle to try out a month ago. Putting them through the test I've gone ahead and ordered more receivers. I'm a mobile DJ and setting up tearing down a lighting show and dealing with the tons of wires take considerable amount of time. With these I have the transmitter pre-wired in my setup and just plug these receivers in and go. Virtually no lag vs. wired dmx. and they have good range even for indoor multi-room setups. I have had no interference problems at any of my venues. The only complaint I have is with the power adapters for the wiCYCLE. When plugging them into the wiCYCLE they seem loose and touchy (power coming on and off when wiggling it around). Depending on the fixture, the power adapter protruding out from the wiCYCLE and hit the outgoing DMX cable/plug. While this is a minor inconvenience, you can just squeeze them in there pushing the outgoing DMX cable over, it could create problems down the road with a tight connections or popping out the power adapter completely. So far I've taken great care when plugging them in so this has been a non issue thus far. Also you may need a extender for the outlet if plugging them into a power strip or tight spaces since they do have a mini "wall-wort."Newer Blizzard Lighting fixtures run the power through the DMX inlet to power the wiCYCLEs making the power adapters a thing of the past. Unfortunately for all other lighting fixtures special care will be needed for these adapters.Overall these are great little additions to my setup and I look forward to upgrading to Blizzard Lighting fixtures sometime in the future.

It was terrible. I had the units plugged in within clear view of each other and they were only 25' apart. They continually flickered the lights and wouldn't give them a a consistent dmx signal
