Edit: bought 3 times. 2nd time lacked pigment, but they sent me a free replacement and it was good.I got the NYX Mechnical Eyeliner in the onyx (black) shade. It is absolutely stunning! It is definitely washable, not waterproof. This is what I was seeking as I do not like using makeup remover and prefer for all my makeup to wash away in the shower with a gentle facial cleanser. I find that makeup removers can be harsh on skin and can tear some eyelashes out. The NYX eyeliner can smudge throughout the day, but it takes a LOT to smudge. I took two naps, had wind blown in my face, and planted a tree and it remained perfect on my oily eyeliner with no primer. It did not last as long on my waterline, but that's to be expected, probably a few hours max.I haven't worn eyeliner in years now but I remembered recently that I really enjoyed applying it back in the day. I was shocked how easy it was to apply. I remember I used to use a product called Rimmel Scandal Eyes and this NYX eyeliner is incredible comparatively. It is so pigmented yet more smudge resistant. It glides on smoothly and is easy to shape. It is firm and does not seem like it will break.I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend to anyone looking for a very pigmented pencil eyeliner that is washable yet smudge resistant! Great price as well.

I’m a sucker for the latest, greatest version of eye makeup, so I tried this one. I liked it so much that I haven’t even tried any newcomers to the market. It goes on very smoothly, wears really well, and it’s offered in the colors I like.

Nice cosmetic pencil. Easy and soft to apply. Great value and I will buy again. In fact, I buy all my cosmetics from Amazon. The packaging is always double bubble wrapped. Never received any destroyed cosmetics during shipping. I will buy again and tell all my family and friends about the great prices.

Intense color and definitely stays on all day. The color is the perfect balance between brown and black. Only issue is the retractable pencil is soft and it does break off. Otherwise, it’s a great eyeliner, easy to apply.

Rich color that is deep enough to make eyes poop but natural enough not to look gaudy. Goes on smooth no tugging.Great color - no red in this brown. Really a find.

I really wanted to love this eyeliner, but it was no match for my oily eyelids! If your eyelids are not oily at all, maybe this product might work better for you. It seemed okay when I texted it on the back of my hand, but on my eyelids? I looked a little racoonish at the end of the day.
