Delivered warm and unsafe
Delivered in a box with no liner or ice packs to keep it cool. Dog food is typically sold in a refrigerated cooler. Called Fresh Pet to see if safe and thru agreed NOT to feed it to my puppy. After several emails to their customer service and photos they offer a coupon for 19.99. I paid $44 for this. No one cares! Warning…do not purchase through online.

My dogs hate this food
My dogs hated this food. I tried everything- feed it to them stray, mix it up with some of their old food- they were throwing it up and rather go hungry then eat it. The company labeled this food “unreturnable” and would not give me my money back. I got 2 packages of it and now I am out $84 bucks. All the money they spend on commercials how about some customer service!
