This is a good product
The only dislike I have is that it shipped in three different boxes. Works great for stretching out neck back feet.

I think it works
I have the neck stretcher that helped me so I decided to get the back stretcher from the same maker. The first few uses were very painful and I'm sure it was so because of such bad posture that I have. But after I read a few reviews and followed up on the instructions from the included flyer, I started feeling so much better after just a week of using the product without the tension ball. In the beginning I used it for only 2-3 min at the time, but now I can hold it a little longer by the day. You have to be consistent, patient and careful not to get hurt further. I lay down on a thick yoga mat so when I get up, I hold on to the edge of the mat and slowly I get up straight, a little bit at the time. Otherwise, it's hard to get off of it. I hope this is helpful. Happy stretching! 🙂

Get it
I own the 2 neck stretchers from this brand. Liked their product thus decided to give this back stretcher a try as well. Didn’t disappoint. Nice wide landing to lay on. Gives my back nice pressured stretching relieving feeling. I would not say it’s painful per se, but you get this uncomfortable feeling but in a good way as if it’s correcting/undoing something (most likely the hunch posture I suffer from the time spent in front of the computer working). All in all would recommend. You got nothing to lose other than free return if it doesn’t work out.

Not for severe back issues.
I will give this a second try when I recover a bit more. I have a severely herniated disc between L5-S1, and can absolutely not use this one right now.

THIS❣️
Best product EVER. Wish I discovered it years ago. Fantastic feel when extending. Truly an awesome product, worth every cent. I chose this one over others after researching, smart decision I put emphasis on the softer material compared to others.

impressed
I'm glad I canceled the order for a different back stretcher (those flimsy plastic ones) and got this one instead. I have their neck stretcher and liked it so I decided to get this one too.I'm also glad I took a second to read the leaflet that came with this one. Their advice was actually a very helpful one: to bend your legs, position it attached to the body, and breathe out as you lie down. In my first try I felt so stiff and was holding my breath, then remembered the instructions and started letting go and relaxing my muscles into the product's shape. It worked! I could touch the carpet with my shoulders after a minute or so.They also recommend limiting the first few times to 2 minutes - which I thought was short, until I was stretched over it - it is somewhat painful until you can soften the muscles. I'm working with it every day and after 2 minutes already I'm really desperate to get up. It could certainly be my tight back, so I hope after more practice I can stay on it longer. Also, it could only be me, but it's really hard to get out of this position. I'm using a thick pillow on my sides to lean on. I can't get myself straight up after 2 minutes. This, I believe, also will change with consistent usage.all in all - the construction of this product is solid, which I like very much. It seems easy to clean, and definitely not going to break.I like it. I highly recommend it.

High quality and helpful
From time to time I suffer with a bad back and using this quality item for just five minutes a day improves it. It is really well-made and extremely easy to use.The design is very good indeed meaning that it helps get the spine in the correct position, relax his muscles and boost blood circulation. It's is compact and means it can be portable as well so allow you to use it wherever you may be.There is a ball in the middle of it which allows you to massage the affected areas but this can be removed if you just need to stretch your back. it is made from a special kind of polyurethane foam which means it is similar to memory foam in terms of comfort and quality.

A helpful back stretcher, but expensive.
This back stretcher is made from a foam material, making it comfortable to use as it contours to the shape of your body. It's suggested to be used for at least 5 minutes a day to help with back problems, which I feel it's done an OK job of so far, but don't expect miracles. Having said that, I'm hoping the more I use it over the coming months, the more it will help. The price was £49.99 at the time of writing, which I think is very expensive for what it is though. All in all, it's a helpful back stretcher, but expensive.

excellent quality, but doesn't really suit me.
I have a lot of back, neck and shoulder pain, so I was keen to give this a go.first impressions, it's a really well made, sturdy QUALITY product.unfortunately it clearly doesn't suit my specific back issues. my back pain tends to be more eased by forward stretches where I arch the lower back backwards, rather than towards what should be the natural curvature of the spine.clearly, it's different muscles where I am getting pain than those intended to be helped by this product.I've given it a good try, but I tend to just get cramps in either my lower back or shoulders when I lie on it.which isn't to say it's a bad product at all. I'm going to see if anyone in my friendship circle would benefit from this. I know at least one friend who has similar products she swears by for back support, it's clearly just not right for the specific back pain issues I have.however you absolutely can't fault the quality and sturdiness of this support. if you get on with this kind of support, this one is clearly a VERY good one.sadly, it just doesn't work for my specific problems.I'm going to give it to my mum first, as she has back issues too, but like me, usually feels that forward stretches help more than arching the back, so the underlying cause is probably similar. but I'm sure I can find it a good home where it will be appreciated, as it's obviously a really well made and potentially helpful product.at this price, I would suggest maybe using something like a rolled towel or folded cushion for a while before splashing out, as it's not cheap, but if you find using things like that to support your lower back help, this is probably the rolls royce of back supports. as I said, quality and durability wise, it has a LOT going for it.
