Helps my 9 year old fall asleep when she feels antsy.

We absolutely love this, it’s such a better and natural alternative for melatonin, and I love that fact that they are not gummies! And it works so well, my kids even like the flavor.

My daughter doesn’t mind the taste of them at all but they don’t work. They don’t do anything. I thought it was for the first two nights but we have been using them for over a month and she still has a hard time falling asleep and she is 3 and wants to fall asleep but has trouble and this didn’t help.

I’m really not a fan of giving our toddler melatonin. While it does seem to work to get him to sleep quickly, he rarely sleeps deeply. Even since he was a small infant, and despite our very best efforts to help him have a good sleep schedule, sleep as always been a struggle with him. He is 3.5 years old and still rarely sleeps through the night. Being cooped up in the house with a newborn now our toddler has been extra resistant to going down to bed. I decided to give this a try. Much to my surprise it seems to work very well and he sleeps quite deeply and has even stayed in his bed a few times now the entire night which has only happened a handful of times before. I will highly recommend this product.

Good product, did not work for my child. Bought this because it said it helps keep children asleep so they aren’t frequently waking. Despite having my child take as directed, she was still waking multiple times a night. I don’t think it has anything to do with the product itself, my child wakes frequently after taking melatonin as well.

My 10 year old, has recently been having trouble falling & staying asleep throughout the night, he had a bad experience with melatonin a few years back, where he'd have nightmares, so I was looking for something natural that was melatonin free, so happy I came across this!He took 2 last night & within 15-20 min he was fast asleep, it's gentle and works so well, I love the natural & organic ingredients; He didn't wake once throughout the night, slept soundly, this will be helping him get his sleep cycle back on track..Highly recommend! *****Update: My son's been taking them for the last few nights, he unfortunately still has been waking once or twice a night, sad this is happening as I had high hopes this could help, I will still continue to give it to him as it does help him falling asleep, but it's not keeping him asleep all throughout the night, only worked once, the first night he took 2 tablets.

Our 3 year old has had always had night terrors and screams bloody murder several times a night, while still asleep. The doctor said it's something he should outgrow in time, but it's enough to wake us every time and I have serious trouble getting back to sleep. He's too young to tell us what's going on exactly, which is so hard- we want to help him. He would also frequently wake and cry, needing us to console him (which can last up to an hour). Mommy and Daddy were walking zombies and our little boy was crabby. We bought these Sleepology chewable tablets and started giving him one each night 30 minutes before bedtime. We call it a "sleepy sloth" pill. It smells like vanilla cake and he thinks they're a treat. Since starting this, he rarely has night terrors and only wakes crying overnight on average once a month. We're sold on this product and continue to buy it. We're still only giving him 1 pill (a half dose) and haven't noticed he's developed a tolerance. It's been 6 months now and we're thankful for a melatonin-free option for children to aid in restful sleep. It has helped our entire family get good rest and back to happy!
