Very tasty - thee are not many organic brands - others can have GMO due to using beets to grow the yeast. This brand uses molasses to grow it.

Good product

I paid 14 dollars for a thimble worth of nutritional yeast. It's my fault...I read 4 ounces as 14 ounces. This is ridiculous. I am sending it back. This won't even last a week if you make cheese sauces. Organic or not...overpriced.

I tried to use the powder on my popcorn instead of butter and the powder is so fine that it gets stuck on the back of your throat and makes you cough like you got something caught in there, It was embarrassing. Every time I ate a popcorn I had to drink water. It tastes good but I will get the flakes next time! Now I have to figure out what to do with the rest of this powder. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
