I wanted to give this detox a try after hearing good things about bentonite. I started taking as directed, 2 tablets twice a day. On day 2 I noticed feeling fatigued, didn’t think it was related to the detox cleanse. I kept taking the detox for 7 days and I was just feeling worse and worse. Super fatigued, headaches, insomnia, crazy dreams. Weirdly enough I stopped taking them and I can just feel an incredibly noticeable difference. I felt good. So I have no idea why I was reacting this way to the detox. I know people say the body was cleansing and detoxifying so you get side effects to show it’s actually working but I think the side effects were to much for me especially being a mom of 4, it really knocked me down. I’ll probably give this one more try.

Being careful not to give medical advice, but I had been given 4 drastic options to fix a medical issue. I opted to try bentonite - it needed to be made in America and be pure food grade (volcanic ash) Shockingly, the problem has been rectified and my own immune system is back on track to fight the toxins it encounters everyday "o) Happy dance! These are capsules that don't upset my stomach. They did what I needed them to do. Will continue to purchase this brand when I need a toxin binder. And I am NOT one for weird things. I had been taking the liquid Bentonite for the last few months, which was ok, but not the greatest tasting "stuff." Taking the capsule form is so much easier and faster. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. Now I don't have to take the time to measure the water, mix the Bentonite with it, and drink it. So glad they came out with the capsules.

I saw no change honestly with this product
