Bioethics: Principles, Issues, and Cases

I needed it for school. It came in great condition, it was cheap and came in fast.

I rented this textbook for a great price. Renting textbooks from Amazon is so much better than waiting in lines at the school bookstore or waisting a ton if money on books when you know that book is just going to sit somewhere on a shelf gathering dust after your done with the class. And you usually don't even get the full price of what you paid for if you try to sell it. This textbook was really interesting and the case studies were very in depth and worth reading. The textbook was practically new!

This copy of the book should have been put out of service. It has pages that are just stuck loosely inside. It is seriously frayed and damaged. I know it doesn't need to look great but I don't want to worry about pages falling out and getting lost.

Pages are clean, a few highlights and sticky notes. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the cover is smeared with what appears to be coffee stains or some sort of dark liquid or maybe it was exposed to fire. Other than that, great price. Saved me $20 or so from renting it used from my school bookstore

This one of the more interesting textbooks that I've had to read for a class. The topics it brings up were about things, I don't normally think of or debate about often for some. It was quite fun and fascinating to hear the debates that went on in class due to the examples it would give.

Provided tons of information. I absolutely love this book. I learned so much from it and how to avoid ethical dilemmas and all the cases provided in the book were wonderful because it taught me a lot about issues that can arise in the medical field.

Well-written, organized, easy to follow, and... Actually interesting! This book was required for my bioethics course that I took over the summer, and it made the experience much better because I genuinely enjoyed reading it. Loved the exercepts and case studies included.

Pages torn out, but put back in. Some pages completely missing. I do not have page 35/36. The price is right, but it was listed as "Acceptable." Not quite.

Pretty good bioethics textbook. Doesn't have a dedicated section on equipoise.
