Great Way to Practice at Home!
I've read a lot of reviews and was concerned with a few complaints regarding the quality of the trainer, specifically breaking the swing arm, turf coming loose and even drivers breaking at the shaft.I'm still a newbie to golf, and up until the past couple of years, I might have golfed 2 or 3 time a years. Bottom line, I have an erratic driver swing and I'm working on a few bad habits, one which is chopping down on the ball. If someone is going to abuse this trainer, it's me! I have beat the hell out of this trainer, cringingnumerous times thinking something should've broke on that swing, including my driver's shaft. Nope, nothing has broken or come loose yet, I've only had to straighten out the connecting swing arm tether a few times. I've been using this trainer every time that I walk by it, and my set-up and swing is so much better. I'm no longer beating the trainer up, it definitely survived a rough period, if it were to break, I know it's on me! If you don't mind dropping a $160, I highly recommend this unit, catch it on a 20% discount sale (right now). BTW, I ordered spare parts with the belief that I would break something, which apparently I don't need, at least not yet. If you have a controlled swing, then you'll only need to buy the spare practice balls (set of 3) every great once in awhile.

Quality parts substituted for cheaper ones
The advert for this product and the box shows a padded and finished shock absorbing mat for the swing machine to sit on. Mine was supplied with the cheapest piece of nasty green cord carpet. It also shows the ball nestled on a deep grass surface, mine is short and the ball won't touch it, hovering a good centimeter off of the surface. No good for fairway practice or irons. All the quality parts you think you are getting have been removed. Does it still work, yes, you just have to accept you've been mugged along the way! A bad shopping experience.

Miracle 201: Golf Swing Weighted Trainer
As a golf addict, I subconsciously practice my golf swing at work, at home, waiting in lines; you get the point. This adjustable swing speed trainer is similar to others with this design but about $50 less expensive. It’s made in Korea, the tip has a foam rubber coating so if I hit something indoors, I guess it won’t leave that big a mark. I like the standard golf grip in this trainer and has a carbon fiber shaft. It feels like a real club. To get the proper “click” at the desired speed and location, I’ve found that you have to have good form. To get the club to “click”, I really have to fire the hips first, allowing the arms to swing through....just like real life. The speed dial is in both m/sec and mph. So if you know your swing speed for a particular club, then theoretically you can practice swinging with that club. I use the low speed setting for pitch shots. The cool thing is, is that you have to follow through with high hands to get that 2nd “click” at the right spot. Definitely not a replacement for training at the range, but when I’m at work, this trainer allows me to practice my swing...a full swing. The compact size makes it nice to carry in a backpack, it will stick out a bit.7/11/19: Month update- still using my Miracle201, almost daily. Went up from 89mph to 100mph. Immediate feedback if I don’t release my lag position at impact position. As far as personal improvement on-course- gained 20yds on driver and gained a club distance on irons. More confidence at address and smoother swing tempo. No real improvement on touchy pitch and lob shots. I think that if you had good golf mechanics before this trainer, you will see good results. Swinging faster with bad setup and bad form will still equal more slice and less golf fun. Pictured is my training tools for golfing at work...when I’m not actually working.9/21/20 A Year of Use ReviewHad this thing and using it for over a year and I’m still loving it. I put a new GolfPride Align grip on it just like on my Ping’s. Sometimes the speed adjust part gets loose and all you have to do is re-tighten by screwing it tighter...no big deal. I started my golf journey shooting in high 80’s low 90’s. This year I’ve shot in the 70’s 3-times. You still have to have good swing mechanics to help muscle memory and to practice a good swing. But to have this golf tool to practice at home or in my case at work, really benefits my swing and my golf game. If you use it, I think it will help with swing speed, consistency, and form. Use at home without fear of breaking a lamp or ceiling fan. Use with a video to evaluate your swing anytime anywhere. Great product!!

Cumbersome
Although it feels solid, the device is cumbersome. To change ball height takes a screwdriver and wrench. So if you want to switch fr irons to a “tee’d” driver, you, need to bust tools out. It does feel solid, but I don’t believe the feedback is good enough to translate to the course. If you hit behind the ball, you get the same results as flushing the ball. It also doesn’t feel like an actual ball.
