Very rugged and holds the device securely. It is thick, works great and priced appropriately! The outside seems to be water resistant but water would get in if soaked. Very easy to zip up, and a great investment for your label printer!

This has been a great label maker. I use it for work at customer trainings for sample identification barcode labels. Easy to use and the app is great. I wanted to figure out how to use an excel file since I would have many sample labels to create and didn't want to do each one individually. Customer support was very responsive and helped me perform the task from start to finish instructions so I was able to import the excel file and batch print them. The printer itself is small and light enough to travel with and the case is perfect.
