Not like at all. Just west of money. Product not working at all. Getting No support from seller to repair it inspite of money paid for extended warranty. Bad product. Fraud. No value for money.

The quality of refurbished is good and speed performance everything is best 👍 it is provid fast charging as compared to charger but it's not support wireless wifi+bt (you need to buy VGA cable and USB wifi adopter from your local market)this review I written on my pc

I was bit pessimistic of buying a refurbished CPU, but after buying and working with it for more than a week, I'm fully satisfied with it as it suffice my requirements. The only problem I'm facing is the Bluetooth dongle that I was using in my old PC is not working in it and according to seller, who was contacting me regularly ever since its delivery, told me that I have to install its original driver. Moreover the graphic clarity is not satisfactory in my monitor probably also due to the monitor driver issue or else the graphic card is old. Overall, I'm okay with the item.After six months of Purchase >>I got a message that the Windows and Office needs to be activated. I just a sent a WhatsApp message and within hours the Seller fixed the issue. An excellent example of good customer support

Product not working.. no option on warranty page to get warranty..

(Refurbished) HP Compaq is a good desktop cpu with 500gb hdd and 8 gb ram. Apt for office work and online classes. I am using the desktop as Linux home server.

HP desktop is not working, also very poor customer of support of "UsedYetNew Care Team", they are neither creating Ticket nor sending their representive or check the issue even this desktop is in warranty period, looks like this is faulty product,

When this product was delivered, windows was still running and then blue screen error occurred, then I tried to replace it but it was not replaced, then I called the number given under warranty, they told me about it in your local market and I tried to replace it. They told me at the shop that the hard disk is bad, I call them, they will replace it by courier, they will replace it and a new window is opened in it, the window is not active, they have also given service, you can buy it. If there is an issue then it is resolved and the support team is also very nice to talk .
