The FIFINE AmpliTank 3 is an absolute steal for what it offers. The build feels solid and professional, and the sound quality is crisp, rich, and clear — perfect for streaming, voiceovers, or podcasts. I love that it has both USB and XLR options, giving me flexibility to upgrade my setup later. The built-in controls for volume and gain are super handy, and the RGB lighting adds a nice touch to my desk. Overall, it looks, feels, and performs like a much more expensive mic. Totally worth it!

I have used this with the USB and with XLR connections. The mute button only works when using the USB cable. I primarily use the XLR connection. The Amplitank is in fact a tank of a microphone. Its weight helps make it feel more premium. The black finish is consistent and high quality. For the cost, I would argue that this likely could trade blows with some premium microphones from big name brands. The sound quality is great, I run mine though some filters using OBS and virtual audio cable to run that processed audio into Discord/games. If you don't want to do all of that, and especially if using the USB connection, the microphone is plug and play and serves as as great budget microphone without compromises.

Equip with a USB and XLR input makes for a great versatile setup. Whether it is a quick plug and play or for a streaming/podcast setup, it can do it all. The physical mic/headphone volume control is nice. The physical mute switch is great so you do not accidentally mute your set while you adjust the mic. Great value for money and I would recommend it for the clarity and the durability in the build quality.

There will be a product review comparing this model with the Blue Yeti from Logitech. This was tested with a usb-c to three usb-A dongle connected to the iPhone 15 Plus. See the video at ccttechnology on YT. Overall this is a good microphone with great connectivity. If you have a set up needing XLR there is no reason not to try this product. The product was recognized by the iPhone with USB dongle. The downside of the product arises when you test back to back sound quality with the Yeti under exact same conditions, there is a noticeable lower audio output. With that being said a person willing to work with the audio in post production could increase the gain in the video. The quality of video was full and little to no echo nor hollowness. For the value of the product compared to the Blue Yeti, it is roughly $40.00 less and that is a hefty savings. To be honest I thought my Yeti I purchased in 2016 from Amazon would have been far inferior to this newer product. I was surprised to say the least. If money is not an issue, then you should consider the Blue Yeti. If you don't mind increasing gain in your video editing software, then you might find the FinFine Tank3 great alternative. Regarding the buttons and volume control, the controls were easy to access and the movement was smooth with just the right amount of resistance in the nob. Size wise, it was on the same weight and nearly same height as the Blue Yeti; however, it was much more slender and the single side arm attachment was a nice bonus. Overall the product was good, just not great for audio purposes unless you are on a budget and have to cut costs where you can. I ended up buying another Yeti to have as a permanent boom mic and will leave my white 2016 mic on the desk for informational content as opposed to on hands content with computer tech. First appearances: solid build quality, looks good. Made of a substantial chunk of metal with the exception of the plastic you would expect to find on knobs and the dense foam-rubber friction pad that holds the mic at your desired angle. Seems rough and tough and should be able to survive even clumsy people like me. Functionality: I have only used it briefly, doing a basic functionality test by recording myself in MS Camera; and then in a chat with Maya on Sesame AI. The sound was very clear. I had no issues with plosives despite the lack of a foam buffer (there is supposedly an internal one), of course your p-pops may vary. I am using it via the USB connection and Windows 11 recognized it with no problem. I don't currently have the capacity to test the XLR connectivity as most of my sound gear is in boxes at the moment. I jacked my headphones into the back and the monitoring function checked out. While jacked in, I took the opportunity to scream into the mic and did not encounter any clipping, so get crazy and Karaoke your little heart out! In USB mode, both of the knobs on the side of the mic are active. One controls the mic gain and the other the volume for the audio output. Both work smoothly. My choice rested solely upon the advice of others making recommendations online (I watched a whole mess of videos). As such, I do not have any personal basis for comparison to other microphones out there. All I can add is that my YouTube research panned out and I am perfectly satisfied with what I received.

There are so many reviews talking about how good particular expensive microphones are, and then along comes the FIFINE Dynamic Microphone. It is half ~ maybe a bit more than half as much as I paid for my last "professional" microphone, while STILL being made mostly of metal, while *also* having the option of XLR OR USB, and *also* having a mute button (my last one did not). It **ALSO** has volume knobs for the mic gain and headphone jack (yea it has one of those too) But how does it sound? It literally sounds better than every other microphone I have ever owned. I find it hard to describe something so subjective, but, more voice sounds good, clear, there is no buzzing or hiss, and picks up my voice from about a meter~ away from my face. This is all with the USB input, by the way. Very happy with it!
