My family will eat salads if I have this topper on hand, we all love this stuff!! We don't eat Croutons so this gives us some crunch, and is a much healthier choice. Super fresh, which I was a bit leary of, as normally I buy this from Costco, but it was really fresh! The bag has a zippered closure so that makes it even easier to use and store.
