I'm so happy I found these! There are a lot of different sugar free gums out there to freshen breath. I don't chew gum. Second, sugar free doesn't always mean the sweetener doesn't mean your body doesn't read it as sugar. They can cause your blood sugar to spike just like any other sugar products. If you're KETO or T2D this matters. Lastly, aspartame as a sweetener is a no go. The list health warning and poor taste is an automatic pass. These mints use a sweetener that doesn't raise blood sugar, doesn't leave any unpleasant aftertaste and leave your breath fresh. No more compromising, these are the real deal.

These mints are my go-to when my mouth feels dry. Because they are sugar and aspartame free, that just makes them the best mint! It was also recomended by my dentist.

They don't have a very strong taste, I was hoping for more. They don't last very long in your mouth & they come in a bag which I was not aware of. I had an empty container from other mints that I'm using so, not a huge deal I guess.

I really love the pur brand in all… The lasting taste is amazing. I also love the fact there’s no aspartame because almost every mint and gum has aspartame in it, which causes me major headaches. Now I rarely deal with any headaches. I will never choose anything else from now on. It smells fresh no matter how long it takes to finish the container. The mints kept its texture and shape even when the heat was way above 95 degrees in my apartment. It’s a great product in all. I try to order regularly because I never want to be out of the mints or the gum.

Great taste. Made with Xylitol, which has about one-third fewer calories (compared to sugar), a low glycemic impact, and does not cause blood sugar spikes. Xylitol also has been shown to promote dental health by helping prevent tooth decay.

You won't get a strong menthol taste from these but they work well to freshen breath. Unfortunately other Xylitol mints are too expensive and these are good enough for the price. I was using Xylitol chewing gum before and it would get stuck to my teeth because they fall apart after a few minutes. I will continue to purchase these, they are a better alternative to gum.

These taste great, they don't crumble, and I love how there's no aspartame.

These are so so. I’ll be honest, these aren’t the best tasting mints. They aren’t really “minty” at all. They’re more like candies. I won’t buy them again even though the price is good.
