As described in perfect condition. I was a little worried about the phone not being unlocked when the Verizon promp pops up but once you skip that you can use whatever sim you want to. I activated with a cricket esim no issues.

So far this phone has been great. It is relatively fast, has a fantastic camera and a decent amount of memory. I do wish it had a headphone jack and expandable memory options. I miss that about samsung phones. Other than that, great phone.

Phone was unlocked, just needed a sim to get to work with my carrier(straight talk). No issues with phone function or performance. Gave 4 stars because their "excellent shape" category for refurbished/renewed must be different than others. Came with a small scratch on the screen(not super noticeable), a few different areas on the side of the phone that were scuffed/paint chipped, and the charging port was still dirty on the inside. Overall was happy with the quality of product but felt like I ordered from the "good shape" category rather than "excellent shape"

Reasonable price and worked well. No issues so far! Perfect for my teen who had damaged her current phone and wasn't ready for the full expense of a new one.

Do not purchase from this seller. Phone was pretty, but unusable due to blocked IMEI number, carrier tried to establish a connection to mobile data network, but unfortunately found out that IMEI number blocked, phone was purchased for a Christmas present for my daughter, I am returning phone for a refund and contacted phone carrier for a New Samsung S24 FE phone. Very disappointed and unhappy that phone did not work. Seller should be a little more thorough checking and refurbishing phones before selling them. PLEASE PEOPLE BE CAREFUL OF THIS SELLER!!! 🤬

After getting a defective refurbished galaxy note 20 that I had to return I was skeptical on getting another refurbished phone. The return took a while to hit my account but was easy enough to do. I went with the s23 this time and wow it came brand new and works fine with no scratches or blemishes that I can tell. It was a verizon phone but after setting the phone up I was able to switch the network to my carrier t-moblie without any issue so it was unlocked out the box. it has verizon software on it which I know was probably integrated into the OS so it's something that can't be removed easily but it doesn't affect the phone in any way. would definitely recommend.

Smooth with no issues. I've been a longtime iPhone user, and wanted to try something different. My iPhone battery was on death's door, and I decided to order a galaxy. It is different. Not better, but not remotely worse. Just different.What i noticed (not am extensive list):1. Smooth, with sufficient memory. Gets the job done without lagging. I don't game with my phone, so I am referring to standard tasks.2. Great camera. Wish my iPhone had as many megapixels. However, iPhone makes up for it with better software tweaks. So, maybe a toss up.3. Android auto is functional and gets the job done. Compared to iPhone it is glitchy. Less intuitive, not doing what you expect, and while never crashing, it can take several extra clicks and patience to get where you want to go. That being said, samsung voice to text beats the crap out of iPhone. This is HUGE. So accurate. So seamless. Honestly, this phone is worth purchasing for that reason alone.4. Samsung needs to get it's act together when it comes to initiating screen shots. Annoying. Takes way too long.5. Sending and receiving phone calls. Who uses those, really? It goes to voicemail just fine.Overall this is a fantastic option.

Comes with no scratch the sound was good the brightness was great 😊 it worth it
