Lights go in and out
EDIT - They reached out to me and gave me a full refund so amazing customer service! The lights are still blinking, a refund doesn't change that but it still functions and I appreciate that they gave me a refund even though the return window closed.I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but after 3 months the lights started blinking. It's definitely not supposed to do that, it's a connection issue and I can't even return it bc the return window closed. Spend a little more money for a better quality mask.

Easy to use!
Easy to use red light mask, comfortable and easy to wear. The soft plastic is easy to wear while watching tv. Battery does use up pretty quickly but easy to charge .

Very intense warm hug for your face
Very warm therapy. You will probably become addicted to the feeling of the sun on your face for 20 minutes. Too early to tell so far about the anti-aging claims. The light is very strong which is not the case on so many other masks where there is barely any light output. Remember people- the light needs to be penetrating into your skin to be effective!

Hottoerak has amazing customer service
I’m no stranger to the red light (near infrared and red) so when I found this face mask I was so excited. I loved its comfort, mix of lights, levels of intensity and that the eye pieces are separate. I know the light are really beneficial already for many things even for the eyes. There are peered reviewed articles on macular degeneration and near infrared light out there. The IR light prevents and slows MD down. I like that the mask allows some light to your eyes. The first time I used it, it was great. The second time it suddenly turned off and didn’t turn back on. I waited a few hours and it turned on, but again suddenly turned off.Since it wasn’t reliable or predictable, I sent it back. Hoping to find another face mask that works better with all those same qualities. **Since I've written this, the company did reach out to me a few days later and offered to replace my mask, which was honorable. ***As promised my face mask arrived and so far so good. Thank you Hottoerak for honoring your word! I highly recommend this company

ONE YEAR WARRANTY;COMPANY WON'T RESPOND!!!!!! FELL APART!!!
Cord connection to mask was barely put together and came completely out of mask with gentle use. Looks like wires were glued to connectors in the mask instead of soldered. Began malfuntining with a short now will no longer turn on. Silicone lining would not stay snapped into mask from 2nd use; I had to refit it for each session. Velcro straps are not made well; they never attached to each other snuggly or strongly. I emailed this company through Amazon and there has been no response. There is a 1 YEAR warranty on this item. Very disappointed that I wasted all of this money on an item with only a few uses and warranty not honored.

Was great at first, but will be returning
I liked this mask at first. It was decently comfortable, had a high number of LEDS, and was a good mask for the price. But unfortunately, like some other reviewers experienced, after a couple of weeks of use I started having a flickering problem with the lights. The flickering was minor at first and easy to ignore, but it's progressively gotten worse to the point the flickering has gotten annoying and it makes the lights dimmer.

Love!
Love everything about this red light mask! Affordable, flexible, never heats up and has a timer. I was going to a spa to get my red light therapy, but that got pricey so I decided to buy my own mask. Happy I did! great purchase!

Good mask
I like the mask and is comfortable, I wish it contoured the face better and also it would be nice if they provided some type of eye covering. Seems well made

Easy to use
I can't comment on the effectiveness of the mask as I haven't been using it long enough but I can say that it is easy to use. The instructions are mostly clear. There are different colours of lights that you can use and each has a different outcome (which is all explained in the book).I have sensitive skin so the first time I used the mask, I put it on the red light, level 3 and I did feel a bit of burning afterwards for quite a few hours. The next time I used the red light, I changed it to a lower level and did not have the same problem.

Comfortable
Since I don’t use this product, the following review was done by my wife. This is a very nice mask that I found very comfortable to wear. It is made of a soft material that wraps around the face nicely. I have tried the hard plastic masks before and this one is much more comfortable. I also like the fact that it is wireless and comes with a battery reservoir to give it power so you can use it pretty much anywhere. The battery lasts for multiple uses and I am able to get 5-6 treatments before needing to recharge. The packaging is very nice (good for gifting nice) and I like the fact that it also comes with multiple eye cups. I have been using it for a few weeks and do notice some of my fine lines fading. While this won’t make you look 20 years younger, it does seem to be having some effect on my skin. Overall, this is a great item to add to your skincare routine and it is much cheaper than going for professional treatments. Of course the professional treatments are more intense, but I am willing to use this a bit longer to get the same result for much less money. With the added $70 coupon, this comes in at $109.99 so it is not much more than some of the more expensive creams. If you are looking to add something to your skincare routine, you may want to give this item a try.RecommendedGood luck with your decision/purchase

Skin feels younger and nicer
At the time of writing this review, this red light treatment mask costs $179.99. There is a $70 coupon available for a total of $109.99.Following the advice of my tattoo artist who is getting certified in health and wellness programs, he suggested red light therapy, especially during winter months.I got this mask to use after I get home from work to relax and to wind down. I put it on after my shower and relax for 15 minutes, Monday to Thursday. I've only been using it for two weeks, so I don't see any noticeable improvements yet. But I feel better after every use. I feel a bit more relaxed and my skin a little more youthful. The mask itself is nice. It looks a little creepy when using it, like Michael Myers from the Halloween franchise, but that doesn't really matter. The silicon feels comfortable against the skin. After 15 minutes, there's usually a little bit of sweat so I'm being diligent and keeping the mask clean with each use.The lights are very bright, so be careful not to look directly into them. It can be distracting to others in the room if it is dark. The battery bank is great, and one of my most appreciated features. I love not being confined to one spot, or being forced to sit by an outlet.

Cool concept, but a little creepy in its appearance. DO NOT wear this with a hooded cowl.
Current price point at the time/date of this review: $189.99 with a $80 off coupon currently being provided by the seller at this time. Pricing is fair but only because of the whopping $80 off coupon currently being offered lowering the pricing into more manageable territory. Otherwise pricey. Nothing to glee about with the base pricing in and of itself. This unit arrived well packaged, good quality packaging.Well I suppose this can double as a Halloween mask seeing as the holiday just around the corner. Pair this one up with a hooded cowl and you’ll look like Dr. Doom, with an unintended cool glowing effect - pick your mood. Really, it’s a cool concept, but could this look any less creepy? Try and picture your little one - or pet for that matter - coming into your bedroom with this one on. Can you blame them for being startled? Better yet, picture wearing this standing next to someone's bedpost during the pitch of night. You’ll have them screaming in cold sweat. I suppose however there’s no real right answer to scaling down on the “creep” effect, since even making it look cute and soft has the ironic tendency to “creep” you out even more… think clowns. I don’t know pick your genre: Dr. Doom, SMS, Masquerade… it all resembles something out on the fringes. I mean, I suppose you could have some fun with it after hours, perhaps for some adult bedtime play or of that nature.Getting back on track. YEs, it works fine, it’s used as light therapy and can be tailored with mixed color modes. Made up of an interior soft silicone material allowing for a soft press against your face and skin.Be sure to follow instructions for time limits along with which wave spectrum offers which type of effect. And for God sakes, please keep this one in the bedroom. If you need to be told you shouldn’t be wearing this out… Well, then there is something clearly wrong. There’s nothing dignified about wearing this out and waiting in line for your morning coffee.
